Stylish, light, peaceful, an artist’s homely sanctuary close to city centre, only 3 minutes walk to Centennial Park & 10 mins drive/cycle to beautiful Bondi and Bronte beaches. The perfect balance of easy access to the beaches, Sydney CBD, shops and restaurants as well as a tranquil retreat after exploring. Centennial Parklands is a vast area full of birds, ponds, turtles and creatures to find as well as cafes and bike hire too. A comfortable home away from home, with all the homely comforts.

This stunning property is a finalist in the 2015 NSW Architectural Awards. Architecturally designed, two bedroom, copper clad residence. Fully air-conditioned and free wifi Please note that the approach to this peaceful nook is via a pathway past a front residence and involves two flights of steps (about 30 in all). If you have mobility issues or have significant amounts of luggage / strollers please factor this into your decision to book. Well worth the effort if you're up for it. 😊

An exposed brick wall, originally part of a 19th-century farm, serves as a funky backdrop. The house has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room. There is a separate bedroom with a king sized bed and wardrobes. Off the bedroom there is an ensuite bathroom and laundry. It’s a beautifully quiet place to stay while in Sydney.
