DLR to Canary wharf in 8 mins and Westfield Stratford (Olympic Park) 20 mins DLR There is a thames clipper jetty located next to the cutty sark, this river service into the heart of the city provides an interesting alternative to the conventional rail transport. There are two balconies for a morning cup of tea or an evening glass of wine. Guests will have the entire flat I am available for guest queries and usually send a text the day after checkin just to say Hi and ensure guests have settled in. Davey or Richard will always meet you at the property for check in and run through and questions that you have. Greenwich has a great village feel with cool restaurants, cafes, and Greenwich Market, as well as Greenwich Observatory. The flat is approximately five miles from Central London (just a short train, ferry, or DLR ride away). Perfectly situated in Zone 2, you'll have family and petfriendly Greenwich Park, the Observatory, Cutty Sark, and an abundance of dining and entertainment options right on your doorstep. Excellent transport links, including DLR, train station, and Uber boat, are all under a 10-minute walk, with the Jubilee line just a short bus ride away. The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

We live in the building across the garden 😉 if you need anything. Summer we share the ice and ice-cream maker in the outdoor kitchen.

Greenwich is one of only four Royal Boroughs in England, and this apartment is perfectly situated in its heart. Just a short walk along the River Thames will take you to the iconic Cutty Sark, with the National Maritime Museum and Royal Observatory also nearby. For added convenience, Waitrose, the No.1 supermarket, is just a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Good transport links include the DLR, National Rail, Ferry/River Bus, and multiple bus services, all within a short distance.

This unique space is huge, 500 sq ft!! and is close to Greenwich, Blackheath, The 02, Canary Wharf, City Airport and with a quick train journey to central London. You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, with garden and key-box entry.
