Welcome to your cozy 400 sq. ft. mountain escape—small but mighty, like a pocket-sized lodge! It's all about location, and you are smack dab in town, a snowball’s toss from the slopes and Breck’s buzzing downtown. Essentials? Check: hot shower, clean space, full kitchen, and a comfy bed. The heat? Legend says this place sits atop ancient lava tubes. Translation: toasty. Shorts optional. Just kidding (mostly). Don’t worry, there’s A/C—unless the volcano gods say otherwise.
