spacious flat in Castle - Perpignan

This is one of 4 apartments in this castle of the 14th century. The castle is well situated in between the town of Canet on one side and Perpignan on the other. This is the perfect place for those seeking calm and relaxation. But as a consequence, I would recommend having a car, even though there is a bus stop only 200m from the house. You'll be only 5min drive from the closest beach of Canet and its thalassotherapy, also close to Ste Marie, Toreilles, Barcares. And at the same time, it is only 10 min drive from Perpignan downtown, and from the golf of St Cyprien. If you need to go shopping, there are 2 shopping malls at only 5 min drive from the castle. This is a 60 m2 apartment with a huge window toward the Canigou. The apartment consists of a big living space with high ceilings. There is a convertible couch in the main room, a double bed in the bedroom and large shower. And for those not willing to waste too much time cleaning, there is an automatic dishwasher in the kitchen, and the washing-machine is in a closet. The cleaning fees include providing of sheets and towels. Yet, if you wish to bring your own, you should let me know at the time of the booking. I will then take off 30 euros from the total of the rental. The swimming pool and its surroundings, with the hammocks are shared areas for all guests. While there is a terrace/patio for each apartment with its own fireplace in front of each apartment. Logement B

La mas Miraflors est situé à Perpignan, tout près des plages de Canet, Toreilles, Barcares... Nous sommes accolés à un domaine viticole, et donc entourés de vignobles. La proximité avec deux routes n'est en rien une gêne, le lieu reste très reposant et calme, car sur un monticule entouré d'un parc arboré. Cette situation permet de profiter d'un accès facile aux plages mais aussi au centre ville de Perpignan. De plus, depuis l'espace Piscine, nous profitons d'une vue magnifique sur le Canigou.

Château pour groupe ou famille

Cette annonce concerne deux logements situés dans le même château. La location des 2 logements permet de privatisernon seulement ces 2 logements mais aussi la cour principale du château. La piscine reste partagée avec les autres gites, se trouvant eux de l'autre côté du château. La piscine est à l'écart du château, et est entourée d'un grand espace arboré.

Château pour groupe ou famille - 16 pers

Cette location correspond en fait à 2 logements d'une capacité d'accueil maximale de 16 personnes. Tous deux sont dans le même mas. Le premier et le plus grand fait 180m²avec 5 chambres et 3 sde/sdb dont 2 attenantes aux chambres. Le plus petit fait 60m² avec une chambre et une sde attenante à la chambre.

Cette location correspond à la location combinée de deux de mes logements situés sur le même site. Chacun fait environ 120 m², avec 3 chambres et 3 sde/sdb chacun.
