Hip In-Town Condo with Pool & Hot Tub

Our home is close to the historic downtown, Fort Lewis College, and a long list of outdoor activities. Enjoy great natural light, a modern kitchen, open floor plan, cozy lofts, vaulted ceilings, and comfy beds. The home is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Ski in/Ski out Condo at Purgatory, Unit 22

Welcome to Brimstone Condos at Purgatory, one of the best all-season resorts in Colorado! Brimstone is a ski-in/ski-out complex located directly at the ski resort / bicycle park, 27 miles north of Durango. Enjoy the year-round activities the area has to offer and come relax in one of our cozy condos sitting fireside or enjoying a soak in our hot tub with breathtaking views of the mountains. Unit #22 is a two-bedroom with 2 full bathrooms that sleeps up to 6 people.

Cozy Purgatory Condo, Steps to the Slopes

This eclectic 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the Angelhaus complex at Purgatory Resort in Durango, Colorado. It's just a short walk from the main ski lifts and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities. We recently did several upgrades to our unit including a remodel of both bathrooms and new flooring. Our unit is at the end of the first floor which makes it very convenient for coming and going with skis in the winter and bikes in the summer.

Beautiful rare one-story mountain retreat 9000 ft elevation perfect for all age groups. Breath taking views of Castle Rock, Twilight, and Needles mountain ranges. It comes with a few rare gems for the area, such as high speed internet 40M/5M, only 2 miles from world class Purgatory Ski Resort, and radiant floor heating system great for cold winter night. The moment you enter the home you are greeted with high ceilings and beautiful wood floors and an open floor plan.

Secluded Forest Retreat Close to Everything

Ideally located halfway between Durango and Purgatory ski resort, this secluded house is the perfect launching point for your Southwest Colorado adventures. If you are a train buff, you will love the fact that you can see the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge railroad pass right behind the house (it isn’t loud and only runs during the day). This 3000 square foot private home features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and plenty of space for your family to relax and enjoy.

True Ski-in/Ski-Out Condo - With Mountain View!

Just a few feet away from the main quad lift in the Purgatory Ski Resort! Two fireplaces (one in the master bedroom!) Take the elevator down to the quaint cobblestone plaza where you can load up your mountain bike on the main quad lift. While you are there, buy a steaming cup of coffee, pizza, burgers, whiskey, etc. You also have access to an outdoor hot tub just one floor above our condo! USE MY PRIVATE SKI LOCKER!
