Neighboring the best BBQ around, PuttPutt, Durango Harley Davidson, a dispensary and many other walk to eateries. Not the quietest but fun! A peaceful retreat 10 mins from town. Ideal for groups or romantic getaways. Kick back amongst the blue jays! Warm yourself in the wood fired sauna or by the gas fireplace. Indulge with a family meal prepared in our fully equipped kitchen or BBQ out on the deck! This vintage cabin was built in 1974, and remains in near original condition with beautiful exposed timber. It's an older house with quirks! Decor is minimal southwest art deco/ neuveau forest fusion! Coniferous and bright!

The Garden Home with a Private Hot Tub

The Garden Home is less than 4miles north of downtown, with a park like setting on an acre of land. The home features AC, deck, HOT TUB, BBQ grill, and fire pit, all for personal use. The main bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor and a spiral staircase leads to 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!

The Holiday House

Charming. comfortable, maximalist and quiet home with hot tub! Just north of town with easy access in the beautiful Animas Valley. 3 private units under the same roof. All have private entrances and no shared interior spaces. Pictures show your private spaces. A quick 5 minute drive to downtown Durango. Quick trip to the ski resort, lakes, hiking, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, biking, river rafting & fishing. Bright south facing home, everything you need for a comfortable vacation.

Wonderful Spacious Log Home for 4

Guests will enjoy approx. 1800 sq. ft. of the upper level log home. Centrally located to downtown, airport, casino and popular tourists attractions. The home features a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and Satellite TV. Outside enjoy the deck, Hot tub, Barbeque Grill, Fire Pit and Horseshoe Pit. We live on the property, but separate from the log home and are here to help our guests as we can. Our rental agreement is for a total of 4 people and please note that children do count in that total.

Must trailer to approved ohv road (CR2) or guests can pay $22/d across the street at silverton lakes for direct ohv access.
