Forestil dig du vågner om morgenen efter at være ankommet i mørke om aftenen- du ser * den smukkeste udsigt over bakker med grønne nuancer - vinmarker, oliventræer, nærmeste lille bebyggelse - og muren på afstand hvor der er et marmorbrud. Og ikke mindst den særlig smukke have anlagt i niveauer med sten og planter, samt den fineste pool. At haven er særlig smuk og plejet blev forstået da Paola fortalte at hendes mand var gartner. Man kan sidde og nyde dette senarie i mange timer. Vores lille lejlighed med en hems for dobbelseng - fint beliggende for udsigt på den lille terrasse - selv fra køkkenvinduet så du ud på det smukke landskab. Lejligheden var pletfri ren. Lejligheden gav optimal mulighed for selv at lave mad som vi holder af efter at have købt lokale gode råvare - der er stort køleskab. Paola er særdeles imødekommende - hjælper med alt du spørger til Hjalp med indkøb på forhånd, så vi kom til lidt mad i køleskab + vin Stor anbefaling - fås helt sikkert ikke bedre i område.

Logement très propre et terrasse très agréable ! Roberto et Rita sont d’excellents hôtes et le logement est bien placé, au calme mais proche de toutes les commodités .

This stay was amazing. Giuseppe greeted us upon our arrival at a meeting point that we had gotten from him via WA (and in general, he was very quick to answer there). We had some problems with our car rental, and Giuseppe not only connected us to ScopelloRent, a local rental company that we are very happy with, but also gave us multiple mini tours of the area by foot and with his own car, and even bought us some Sicilian desserts . Even though the apartment was already great, Giuseppe made us feel even more at home. We were also able to cook in the kitchen a few times with no problems. If you come by car, be aware that the apartment is inside a ZTL, there is free parking in the side streets before the ZTL but it requires walking a few stairs.

We enjoyed the apartment and its location very much, situated in the old town within easy walking distance of the beach, many restaurants and little shops. The apartment was very comfortable and matched the description. Caterina also gave us a great recommendation for e-bike hire, which we did and enjoyed a lot, especially following the gps guide and taking a different route than we otherwise might have. Thanks for a wonderful time in Castellammare del Golfo!

Rosanna’s house and location was incredible. The photos actually do not do the house and setting justice. The outdoors spaces and pool are gorgeous and just what we had hoped for, for a relaxing vacation with children and extended family. The pool was amazing, the gardens beautiful and the a/c ran cold in the downstairs living area and upstairs hallway. The location is amazing- walking distance to a beautiful beach and a short drive from both Castellammare del golfo and Scopello. The only issues we had were with the heat at night in the upstairs bedrooms (the downstairs one had a ceiling fan which made the room really comfortable). I mentioned this to Rosanna and she was very open to feedback. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive to everything. There was a blackout when we were there at 3 am and we had to call them to help open the gate so that my brother could catch his early morning flight out of Palermo. Fulvio was at the house within 20 minutes to help us at 3:30 am!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement moderne et très fonctionnel. Le quartier est calme, idéal pour se reposer après une journée de découvertes. C’est un très bon point de départ pour explorer la région. Nos hôtes ont été adorables, très accueillants, disponibles et plein d’attentions. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus qui a rendu notre sejour encore plus agréable. On s’est sentis comme chez nous !

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole in questa bellissima villetta situata all'interno di un residence immerso nel verde, a pochi minuti dal centro di san vito, dove regna la privacy e il silenzio, lontano dal caos della movida. Ad attenderci, Valentina, che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio, suggerendoci come vivere al meglio la zona. La casa è spaziosa e ben pulita, completa di tutto ciò che possa servire e un ampio spazio esterno dove è possibile rilassarsi. Cucina super accessoriata con beni di prima necessità sia dolce che salata e set di cortesia da bagno, cosa non scontata. Rosa è stata un Host cordiale e disponibile, permettendoci di anticipare l'ora del check in e di utilizzare un pass per parcheggiare facilmente in centro. Grazie a Rosanna e Valentina per la vostra ospitalità. Speriamo di ritornare presto.

Beautiful and clean house, nicely decorated , very atypical of a fisherman’s house. Francesco is friendly and reactive. It’s few steps to a beautiful beach and 10min from Castellammare del Golfo and 50min to san Vito Lo capo.
