Luxury Old Town Studio with Original Stone and Beams

Newly renovated studio apartment in strict center of Split. Provided free of charge: Wi-Fi internet access Clean bed linen and towels, toilet paper, kitchen soap, blankets and duvet for winter. Key and dialer. Please feel free to ask us any information and we'll be happy to make your stay unforgettable ! The area is very safe and the district surrounding the house is historic and peaceful, yet close to all the most important attractions. It's a five-minute walk to Pazar, a traditional daily market with fruit, vegetables, and typical local produce. 10 minutes walk to beautiful beaches, Bacvice (sandy beach) or Ovcice (stone beach). 1 minute walk to Diocletian's Palace, museum, restaurants, cafes, bars, nightlife, train station, bus station, banks, currency exchange. 5 minute walk to "pazàr", old daily market with fresh fruits, vegetables and typical produce, plus supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries open long hours. We own our 7 met speed boat and do excursions around islands. We also offer two bikes for rent, and cheap transfer from the airport. Through us you can arrange best excursion like: BLUE CAVE AND 5 ISLANDS KRKA WATERFALLS PLITVICE WATERFALLS BLUE LAGOON AND TROGIR GOLDEN CAPE VELA RINA BAY PRIVATE SPEED BOAT TOUR TRANSFER FROM AIRPORT TO ISLANDS,ATC.

Apartman je okrenut prema moru, gdje možete uživati na balkonu s prekrasnim pogledom na more i otoke. Nalazi se u samom centru Brela, svega 4-5 minuta od centra, plaže i svih aktivnosti. Restorani, supermarket, pekara, kafići, ljekarna, crkva i plaža mogu se obići pješice, a parking vam je besplatan. Domaćin će vas dočekati i dati vam sve preporuke. Apartman idealan za parove i solo putnike.

The apartment is situated in a quiet, attractive residential area of Split. It is placed on the south side slopes of Marjan hill, only 5 min walk from the old town, Diocletian's palace and Riva city's main promenade, where you can find all the restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. 20 min walk to the ferry port and the main bus terminal. Large terrace is looking over the sea, islands, yacht marina, and the old town. You can just sit back and relax, watching ships coming and leaving the harbor.

Apartment Delight ( 48+17m2) is one of apartments in our Villa. The Villa is surrounded with pine tree forest. It is located directly at Punta Rata beach, Forbes No. 1 beach in Europe in 2004. All units have view facing Punta Rata beach and own parking. Apartment consists of one large bedroom, hall, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. There is one double bed and a single bed in the room. In the kitchen there is sofa bed. We have large private parking space.

Our Guest House is in the city center, area Veli Varoš - old part of the town. It is really close to all tourist attractions (parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, beaches... ).
