Casa Rosamar, Apartamento familiar 5

El apartamento, que cuenta con 3 habitaciones y dos baños, esta en el segundo piso con una escalera de madera al tercer piso, donde se encuentra otra habitación y el acceso a la azotea de la que una parte pertenece exclusivamente al apartamento. El edificio tiene una azotea comun para todos los huespedes, pero este apartamento tiene ademas una zona en dicha azotea, privada. También se diferencia de los otros apartamentos en que tiene lavadora dentro del apartamento Alquilamos a partir de 6 noches de estancia mínimum y grupos grandes. No podemos aceptar reservas a muy corto plazo, nos faltan por lo menos dos días para preparar todo.

Con capacidad para 5 huéspedes, dispone de una gran terraza y zona de barbacoa, donde se encuentra una parra reducto de lo que antiguamente fuera la huerta de mi abuelo. Se trata de una antigua casa familiar reconstruida y localizada en el pintoresco barrio de Punta Brava. A tres minutos caminando de Loro Parque, al lado de la zona de baño abierta más importante del norte y a 4 minutos en coche del centro del Pto. de la Cruz
