The apartment is on the 5th/top floor (with elevator) in a quiet block with private backyard. Kamppi, Central Railway Station reachable by bus/tram in 10-15 mins. Eira beach, Design District 10 mins by walk. Enjoy the comfort of our equipped, fully renovated studio and experience the best of Helsinki.

Cosy studio in the heart of the Design District

This very light and quiet studio is located in the heart of the Design District. You have small coffee shops around the corner as well as a couple of super markets. There are many tram and bus stops close by, but you can walk downtown since it’s so close! There are a number of bars & restaurants close by, where you can have a drink by the sea. You can also use the Helsinki City Bikes that are located 50m from the apartment. The studio is 30m2. I just got a new bed 05/21, and a home office!

This recently renovated neoclassical apartment is in a quiet corner next to the Sinebrychoff park and close to all the most interesting restaurants, boutiques, strolls and sights. Come and fall in love! Please note that the apartment does not have a separate bedroom. There is an alcove for 2 sharing a bed + a spreadable sofa for 2, both 140 cm wide.

Area: Ideal location close to the centre, in trendy Punavuori with a lot of cafés, restaurants and shops near by. Walking distance to the seaside, center and park. Apartment: This unique 47m2 flat has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and sauna. The place is really quiet without any traffic noise. Perfect for a couple or a group of 3 (double bed + couch). Note: The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator in the building.

This is my old home where I used to live for years, now only in AirBnb use. I used my living experience to design and fully renovate it to offer you easy living with all the modern appliances and well thought multifunctional ergonomics. The apartment is located literally in the center of Helsinki. Everything you need is nearby: Lot's of trendy bars & restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, design & antique shops, galleries, bookstores, you name it. I really enjoyed living in this area.

A perfect base in the heartbeat of the city. Our location is one of the best in town; next to you are streets filled with vintage shops, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and art. The trains run nearby, but you can easily walk everywhere; for example, you can head to the sea or the market hall on foot. Since we wanted to furnish the apartment with the world’s best products, we’ve combined Finnish Artek furniture with Italian Missoni textiles. We also have a Frame TV for rainy days.
