Come enjoy our German inspired cottage at Lake Livingston! It features two kitchens, 3 Bedrooms + loft, cozy living areas & relaxing outdoor private spaces with a new hot tub to enjoy the beautiful woods surrounding the lake. There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Especially furnished and decorated to make this escape intriguing and yet warm so you feel at home in your own sanctuary. Staying here feels like a vacation, largely due to the friendly neighbors. ‘Haus House’ Studio close to the Lake

‘Haus House’ Studio is a 440 sq ft standing alone bungalow in a very quiet location yet close to all lake activity and great places to eat. The studio has a queen bed, wardrobe, living area, tv and WiFi. It has a kitchenette with a dining table for 2, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom has a nice marble shower. There is an outdoor seating area for down time and relax. While we live on the property, you have your own privacy, but if you need us we are close by.

Enjoy the solitude and beauty of a stay at the Cottage at Jones Road Ranch overlooking grazing horses. Take a short walk through the Jones Road Ranch Tuscan Rosemary farm for a discounted wine tasting with our neighbors at Golden Oaks Micro Cellar. Relax on the front or back porch with a views of the ranch or if you prefer a more active stay, schedule a Jones Road Ranch tour, hike or bike in the local National Forest or tour the Bush Presidential Library in nearby College Station.

Local activities, Livingston Lake, the Sam Houston Wine Trail, and quaint downtown, are all within a few miles drive.

The simplicity & relaxation of our premium 399 Sq. Ft. tiny home is so refreshing and unique. This home sleeps four. It has a Queen size bed and a luxury pullout Queen sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to fix up your gourmet meals. The Bluebonnet is nestled beside our sparkling 1/2 acre pond with a fountain, ducks and fish. A wooded area behind and open fields out front brings a nice breeze across the porch. Makes for a perfect place to enjoy the sunset or stars!
