This hundred-year-old stone house, restored with love, is located on the slopes of Učka, near Opatija. Traditional architecture with stone and wooden details creates an authentic atmosphere, while the nature that surrounds it offers an ideal escape from the busy life. The house was completely renovated by the owner's own hands, including handmade furniture. Wood-burning fireplace adds to the comfort and warmth of the space. Outside pool surrounded by greenery, offers complete intimacy.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
