Characterful 2-bedroom home with Château views

Centrally located stone house in a small square in Quillan with free public parking outside the property. Comprising a ground floor kitchen, living area, utility room, and 2 ensuite, large double bedrooms with views over the square and the Château. Free Wifi. A characterful home with exposed wall built from stones of the River Aude. Two minutes walk to a host of local shops/bars/restaurants and twice weekly market. Night market in summer. Swimming, walking, cycling, kayaking all on the doorstep.

Nichée dans le magnifique village de Saint-Jean-de-Paracol, notre conversion de designer comprend un grand patio isolé qui se jette dans un joli jardin privé, entouré de jardins et nature. Idéal pour les escapades créatives en couple ou famille, pour les gens qui aiment faire de la randonnée, cuisiner (notre cuisine est idéale pour les gourmets) et simplement se détendre. Notre petite maison est la base idéale pour explorer cette région fascinante du sud de La France, le coeur du Pays Cathare.

Chalet Salamandre

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Situé à 2 km au dessus du village de Chalabre où vous pourrez trouver toutes les commodités d'un village de 1000 habitants, vous logerez au milieu d'une propriété de 75 hectares face à la chaîne des Pyrénées. Le domaine permet également d'accueillir les vététistes ainsi que les cavaliers et leurs montures.

Charming recently renovated cottage set in the heart of a 70-hectare organic vineyard estate, in the Pays Cathare, close to Carcassonne and its many castles. It offers stunning views over amphitheatre-shaped vineyards and the surrounding countryside, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Located next to the Belgian owners’ farmhouse, it remains entirely private, surrounded by nature. During your stay, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting and a tour of the winery.

La Maison D’Ella

Unique: au pied des remparts,une grande terrasse ombragée et un jacuzzi. Maison rénovée avec goût et amour. Amis et familles voulant découvrir et profiter de cette vue imprenable sur la cité médiévale. A - de 10 min de marches de la Bastide: des boutiques,marchés et restos ou déguster nos produits régionaux. La cité est accessible de la maison pour balader, voir un spectacle de chevalier ou vous restaurer. Balades, jogging … au bord du canal ou de l’Aude.

Het is een comfortabel, vrijstaand huis met een omheinde tuin van 1850 m², in een vriendelijke sfeer. Uitzicht op de bergen en het bos. De fauna en flora zijn er zeer rijk: de plaats staat bekend om de overvloed aan paddenstoelen, wilde orchideeën, … Tussen groene weiden, varens en dennenbossen. Je bent autonoom en wordt prettig ontvangen in een schitterende omgeving. Het huis is gerenoveerd, met een capaciteit van 2 tot 4 personen plus klein kind.

La Forge - calme absolu avec vue sur les Pyrenées

La Forge is an intimate wood-and-stone tiny home designed for a fully immersive nature escape. With panoramic Pyrenean views, it’s a peaceful space to slow down, rest, and reconnect. Inside: a double bed, equipped kitchen, workspace, wifi, and a wood-burning stove. A private dry toilet is attached, with a full bathroom in the nearby shared house. Enjoy the terrace, and optional organic table d’hôte or wellness sessions.

Delightful studio for two, with shared pool

The studio has a bed-sitting room with comfortable double sofa-bed, folding table and chairs, Wi-Fi and TV (with Netflix), and an adjoining bathroom with shower, basin and w.c. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, and plenty of cupboards. Sliding glass doors open onto your private terrace, with table and chairs for eating outdoors, and sun-deck to relax on.
