New luxurious historic apartment near cathedral

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

Apartment with panoramic views of the city and the sea as well as La Caleta beach,it is located in a typical neighborhood of La Viña and very close to the historic center and the beach.The apartament is spacious,jumionosis,sunny,quied and comfortable for people with reduced mobility it has ample and comfortable,free parking for one car or five motos. IT is a few meters from caleta beach. It is also very close to restaurant,bars and supermarkets.

The center of El Puerto de Santa María can be reached in 10 minutes by car and the center of Cádiz in 15 minutes.

Maravilloso apartamento, junto al Parque Natural de los Turuños, en el centro de la Bahía de Cádiz, consta de un dormitorio con cama de 150 y un sofá cama, baño completo y cocina independiente, en urb. de lujo, playa a 100m. Hemos aumentado nuestras estrictas medidas de limpieza y desinfección. Piscina abierta desde el 20 de junio al 18 de septiembre. No se admiten mascota.

First line beach placed refurbished apartment

Totally refurbished apartment, placed in first line off the beach in playa de Victoria. All kind of services in the surroundings. The building has a janitor, and you can take the bus just in front to visit city center. There is a parking a few meters away (not included).
