Studio apartment in great location! Has a Queen Bed, kitchenette, and outside garden area. Modern AC and ceiling fans. Lots of beach equipment. I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.

The Coralina Cottage is the perfect "casita" for two people visiting the Caribbean. This house is located in Esperanza, a small artsy fishing village. It is the best of both worlds as it is located close to the the Malecon (the beach strip), while being situated on a quiet residential neighborhood.
