Welcome to Cancun with a private pool .The hot tub and pool are at room temperature, equipped with everything you need for your vacations . Rooms with bathroom and AA. Fully equipped kitchen. BBQ grill terrace, hammock, Wifi, grocery store on the corner of Circle K and Gomart. Very close to Walmart, restaurants , bars, shopping centers the Plaza Américas, Puerto Cancún ,beach area.Bus stop on the corner to destinations in Cancun and Riviera Maya, in car very close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres.

Comfortable apartment on the 2nd floor, ideal for 2 people. It covers all necessities, located in a residential area with restaurants, shopping centers and supermarkets. Shared rooftop with pool. 4 km away from hotel zone Biosafety: 1.- Deep cleaning at check-out 2.- 24 hours between bookings. 3.- Uso of face masks in hallways. For long reservations: * 1 change of towels on the 5th day. * 1 change of sheets on the 9th day. * Cleaning (sweep and mop) every 7 days. ** Zero contact with host.

Downtown Cancun apartment with Cocktail Pool

Precioso departamento equipado, muy cómodo y con alberca. Extraordinaria ubicación en la zona turística del centro de Cancún, en una calle tranquila y segura, a pocos pasos del Mercado 28 y de una avenida importante con acceso a camiones de zona hotelera para ir a la playa, por lo que es genial para movilizarse caminando o en transporte público... No necesitas rentar auto! Está cerca de todo! Restaurantes, bancos, lavandería, gimnasio, gasolinera, Oxxo, Walmart y el famoso Mercado 28!

5.Departamento frente al mar

El departamento forma parte de un alojamiento vacacional frente al mar (en Cancún Puerto Juárez). Cuenta con entrada independiente desde la calle como del lado que da hacia la alberca. SMART TV, sofá, cafetera, estufa, refrigerador, horno de microondas, lámpara para lectura, aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, mosquitero, etc. Circuito cerrado de 16 cámaras de seguridad, únicamente en zonas comunes. La playa pública más cercana está a 10 minutos caminando (Playa del Niño).

Estudio en el Corazón de la zona hotelera Cancún.

El condominio Villas Marlín tiene una excelente ubicación en la zona hotelera. - -Acceso directo a la playa Marlín . El departamento mide 40 metros, VISTA A PLAZA KUKULCÁN. -Contamos con 3 albercas frente al mar, una con jacuzzi. Estamos a unos pasos de las mejores Plazas como La Isla y Kukulcán. La parada de autobús está a 50 metros, te podrás trasladar rápidamente. A 20 minutos del aeropuerto -Cancha tenis. -Estacionamiento. -Vigilancia 24 horas

Apartment with a gorgeous view!

This apartment is very close to the hotel zone and the beach, near the lagoon Nichupte. All entertainments, restaurants, bars, casinos and shops are right down the elevator. It is located in a new building and has an amazing view from the 12th floor to the swimming pool, lagoon, the Caribbean Sea and the Isla Mujeres. You will love the location, romantic balcony and convenient equipment!
