Quiet neighborhood located in Pueblo West. Sits real close to our house. This is a very small, but newly renovated tiny house! 12' x 16' one room, queen bed, nice size shower and toilet with barn door for privacy in bathroom. Sit-up bar with two stools, smart TV with electric fireplace in the corner gives it a touch of romance! Loveseat with ottoman. Small loft that kids could sleep in for short stays. Small coffee pot, under counter fridge, and nice size mirror over farm sink.

Start your day with coffee on the deck listening to bubbling stream, birds and chickens. A mini-farm adventure. Furry friends welcome (2 max). May not be left unattended. Air-conditioned /heated. This comfortable house has been updated to include some unique features that will take you back to Colorado's history from the 1859 Pikes Peak Gold Rush to the days of the railroad. We have 3 bedrooms - the cowboy room, the railroad room, and the Master Suite with its tasteful decor featuring southwest art from local artists. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can park in the 2-car garage. Plus we have added a large hot tub to the back patio and a privacy fence.

All adult guests must provide a valid government ID to verify age & address. We do not rent to local residents.

Forget your worries. This Timeless brick home has charm and character. Located in an established prominent neighborhood. The house is located on a safe two block street. There are plenty of trees. Deer have been known to show up on occasion in the neighborhood. Around the corner and a short walk is the paved Arkansas river trail and the City Park. Everything in Pueblo is 15-20 minutes away and easy to get to.
