This is a basement apartment. It does require stairs and does not have a handicap access. Close to Colorado Springs airport. Minutes from Fort Carson. Close to all tourist attractions of Colorado Springs area. Half acre of land. On site home gym in the barn. Patio with 2-person hot tub, swings, fire pit, barbecue grill, smoker. Kitchenette/ full bath. Kayaks for rent. Futon can be used in the living room area for two people sleeping. DVD players and antenna TV. Small pool for summer cool down.
