Unique Waterfront Artist Cottage

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Designer West End Detached Cottage

West End detached cottage ideally located between Commercial and Bradford Streets, across from Mussel Beach Gym and a block to all of the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Restaurants, bars, and beaches are at your doorstep. The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

A simple cottage at water's edge in the quiet East end of Provincetown with a spectacular view of the bay and harbor. Just a 2 minute walk to the bay, and 2 miles from the center of town (a half an hour walk or a 10 minute bike ride) make "Seaweed" a perfect destination for a romantic getaway for two or a family vacation for four. At low tide you and your guests can explore the sandbars or beachcomb for hours on end. Lay on the beach or enjoy a dip in the bay... either will make your day!

Our 3 room cottage in the Old Village is within steps of Lighthouse beach and a 15 minute stroll to town along charming streets. Its location in an ample yard insures comfort and privacy for your stay. The kitchen is equipped for stay-at-home dining. The owners live in a separate house on the property and are ready to provide you with knowledge of Chatham’s history and assist you in your explorations of the town or Cape Cod. The owner welcomes your visit to his art studio on the property

Walk 1-2 minutes to the beach or walk 1-2 minutes in the other direction to Main Street where you will find shops and restaurants. Ember, The Port, 3 Monkeys, Beer Garden, and Mad Minnow. This home is in the dream location. Pull in and you don't need to drive until you leave. Walkable to Wychmere beach club. This home is often shared by guests of events celebrated at Wychmere.

Conveniently located a short five-minute walk from Commercial Street, the cottage features all the comforts of home, an eclectic mix of furnishings and decor, an open concept living area, and a large outdoor lounge area with BBQ and hammock. A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
