Hello vacation! The 1st floor of this renovated home has a gorgeous kitchen with a huge island ideal for meal prep, eating, hanging out and more! Walking up the stairs you’ll find a beautiful living room. You can enjoy ocean views from here or the deck which is just through the sliding doors. Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.

Streamlined kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and 2 bedrooms (one with 1 queen sized bed and the other with a full size bed). 2 exclusive parking spots behind the house with Tesla charging capability, and it’s only a 5 min drive or a quick bike ride to the center of town. It’s an amazing quiet place to get away. Newly installed air conditioning, brand new cozy couch, new tv, and Sonos sound system.

The home has central air, internet, flat screen TV, linens, towels, and beach chairs. The kitchen is stocked but has no dishwasher or washer/dryer. A parking pass for Barnstable beaches included. Backyard has a patio, privacy fencing, furniture, professional landscaping and a BBQ.
