Unique Waterfront Artist Cottage

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Large Sunny Deck, Harbor View, Walk to Town.

Classic little Cape cottage in an ideal location. Less than ten minute drive to amazing ponds and bayside or ocean beaches. Views of the harbor from the large sunny deck with attached outdoor shower. Ten minute walk into town along Duck Creek marsh & over scenic Uncle Tim’s Bridge. Visit the shops & galleries, have lunch or grab a drink at one of the many restaurants in town. Walk to the fish market and come home grill dinner on the deck. 15 minutes bike ride to the closest ocean beach.

West End detached cottage ideally located between Commercial and Bradford Streets, across from Mussel Beach Gym and a block to all of the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Restaurants, bars, and beaches are at your doorstep. The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

A simple cottage at water's edge in the quiet East end of Provincetown with a spectacular view of the bay and harbor. Just a 2 minute walk to the bay, and 2 miles from the center of town (a half an hour walk or a 10 minute bike ride) make "Seaweed" a perfect destination for a romantic getaway for two or a family vacation for four. At low tide you and your guests can explore the sandbars or beachcomb for hours on end. Lay on the beach or enjoy a dip in the bay... either will make your day!

Close by is downtown Hyannis to shop and eat, mini golf, a water park, ferries to the islands, harbor tours, biking, and more. You will be at peace and filled with serenity staying here on Cape Cod. Conveniently located a short five-minute walk from Commercial Street, the cottage features all the comforts of home, an eclectic mix of furnishings and decor, an open concept living area, and a large outdoor lounge area with BBQ and hammock. Great for remote work with fast Wi-Fi and dedicated space. The house was built in 1940, and we were the first to tackle a meticulous renovation (2017). We look forward to hosting you!

Freestanding cottage with loft on quiet street in West End. Centrally located near Mussel Beach Gym, one block from Commercial St., close to Boatslip. Convertible full size futon and optional queen size bed in the loft. Kitchenette, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, A/C, Wi-Fi, lawn. Flexible reservation dates not limited to weekly rentals. The place is a well-appointed studio: small but comfortable for one or two guests. No pets allowed. No smoking inside, of *anything*.

Hillside Cottage

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

Be Fabulous in Provincetown

Come enjoy the fully renovated and updated Jimmy Majestic Cottage located in the fabulous East End across from the Provincetown Tennis Club. This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am.
