Il chiericciolo è una casa di campagna sulle fantastiche colline umbre vicino a Todi e Perugia. La casa ha una vista a 360 gradi su vigne, noci e boschi. La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

La romantica "Suite della Torre del Bennicelli"

La Suite della Torre del Bennicelli è una location unica, un luogo di charme dove l'antico incontra il moderno; qui le favole diventano realtà! una torretta del 1600 articolata su tre livelli: al primo la zonacucina/living totalmente accessoriata, al secondo la camera padronale arredata con mobili della bottega famosa Michelangeli, al terzo la sala da bagno, con vasca e doccia, la zona lavanderia e meravigliose finestre ed abbaini da cui sembra toccare le stelle con un dito. Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Una camera matrimoniale, un ampio salone con due divani (uno letto), climatizzata, bagno completo. Gode di un terrazzo perfetto per un aperitivo open-air con vista mozzafiato (magari dopo un bagno in piscina o una sauna!). A 19th century Villa in a Wine Estate

The Country house is located in the Umbrian countryside (1 hour from Rome), with panoramic view overlooking our vineyards. It has a 5000 square meter garden with English lawn, saltwater pool, olive trees, fruit trees and antique roses. The winery is 500 mt away, therefore, if you’d like, you will breathe the atmosphere of a place where wine is made. You are welcome to visit the cellar for wine tasting and to walks in the vineyards.
