Great peaceful location on Umbria's hills. Short drive from several points of interest in the region. Good infrastructure for families with small children, if you are looking for some peaceful and quiet place, also seems to be a great place for destination weddings. Marco was very helpful with directions and information of nearby towns. Highly recommended.

La casa di Silvia è stata la nostra base per una settimana, scelta azzeccata perché la posizione si è rivelata strategica e ci ha permesso di raggiungere moltissime località in poco tempo. Silvia e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e discreti e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli. L’appartamento è disposto bene ed è ben curato, la cucina ha tutto quel che serve per poter cucinare, il bagno è una piccola chicca arredata con gusto e la camera è spaziosa e fresca. Infine la casa ha a disposizione un giardino privato con una vista meravigliosa che ci ha dato modo di godere delle belle giornate. Torneremo in Umbria e torneremo da Silvia! Grazie di tutto!

We had the most perfect time here, the photos don’t give this property the justice it deserves, it honestly exceeded our expectations. Definitely a hidden gem, just absolutely stunning. A perfect slice of Umbria, with a gorgeous pool surrounded by fields of olive trees. Will defiantly be recommended this property and cannot wait to return one day.

El apartamento de Petru es una auténtica maravilla. Fuimos en coche junto con nuestros tres hijos y nos esperó a la llegada (a pesar de llegar más tarde de lo previsto inicialmente). La comunicación fue excelente. El apartamento tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia en familia. A mis hijos les encantaron las camas, se sentían cómo en casa. Si volvemos por la zona, sin duda volveremos. Lo recomiendo al 100%

il nostro soggiorno è stato ottimo, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La zona piscina e la piscina compresa erano pulitissimi. siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dello spazio della casa. consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui se cercate relax e pace.

Personalmente ho sempre parlato con Marina. Disponibilissima e gentilissima. Casa super pulita e con tutti i confort che sono necessari. La casa ha parcheggio privato e quindi non a pagamento e dista solo 3 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bevagna. Consigliatissima.

로마 근처 교외 지역 시골에서 여행 중 쉬고싶어서 이 숙소를 예약했고 이 숙소 덕분에 비테르보에 방문했습니다. 이 곳은 정말 흠잡을 데 없이 휴가용 숙박으로 완벽하고 정말 푹 쉬었습니다. 체크인 도와주신 모리츠 분이 지역 축제를 알려주셔서 광장에 나가서 축제를 즐겼습니다. 케이크와 올리브유 선물도 정말 최고였습니다! 새소리를 들으며 아침에 깨고 조용한 곳에서 깊은 잠을 잤고 올리브 농장에서 산책도 했습니다. 벤치,그네, 해먹, 꽃들 모든게 예뻐서 쉴새없이 사진을 찍어서 기억하고 싶었습니다. Casina Tuscia의 숙박객을 위한 디테일(detail)은 최고였고 우리에게 비테보르의 좋은 시간을 선물해줘서 감사합니다! :)

Gorgeous two houses - perfect for our group of friends. The family lives on site in a separate house but we had exclusive use of the pool which was beautiful - stunning views of the countryside and fabulous sunsets. The location is great - there is a hotel with some restaurants a 3 min walk away which is great, and supermarket just 10 min drive. Easy to get to assissi, perugia and other day trips. Hosts were lovely and communicative. I would say that there were still some woodworms in the house, we could hear them at night! But it didn't bother us too much. Plus there are extra cleaning fees etc which it would be easier to add on airbnb rather than do in cash, but I think this is quite common in Italy. We had a great stay in this beautiful location, would recommend.

Excellent séjour chez Roberto. Accueil très chaleureux, maison parfaitement propre et grand jardin très bien entretenu. Dans la campagne mais à 15 minutes du centre de Spoleto et 10 min d’un centre commercial. 30 minutes d’Assise. La liste des points remarquables à visiter aux alentours est longue tant culture (notamment sur les pas de François d’Assise) que nature ! Roberto a sorti table de pingpong, fléchettes et boules qui nous ont bien aidées à occuper les enfants. Seuls légers bémols : pas de machine pour la vaisselle (mais machine à laver pour le linge), un salon petit (dans la cuisine) pour 5. Wifi dispo mais pas de télé mais on peut le voir comme un bon point selon ce qu’on cherche !

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

Il Borghetto di Antonella e Quintilio ci ha regalato due giorni all'insegna del relax assoluto. Tutto perfetto: dall'alloggio, al patio, agli esterni estremamente curati, alle gatte sempre pronte per due coccole. Siamo stati benissimo! A presto.

Amazing place, culturally super reach area, nature is pure and very attractive, lots of things to experience and see. Highly recommend. Please make sure you have reliable car-road is unpaved and asks to be very patient. Accommodation is superb and clean. Loved it, coming again for sure and for longer time

Location meravigliosa con giardino privato e posto auto, casa rustica perfettamente arredata e con tutto il necessario, dal grande frigorifero in cucina agli asciugamani per il bagno, tutti dettagli sono stati curati. Il panorama sulla vallata al tramonto con Montefalco sullo sfondo è da cartolina. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi ad accettare il nostro check-in anticipato e ci hanno accolto con un piccolo aperitivo.

Villa del Colle è uno splendido casolare di campagna, recentemente ristrutturato, nel cuore dell’Umbria medievale: a due passi da Bevagna, il borgo dell’acqua, proprio sulla Strada del Sagrantino. Una zona che rappresenta un must per chi è in cerca di quiete e di natura, e per chi desidera conoscere il lato più autentico e bello di questa regione. Camere semplici e dotate di tutto il necessario, compresa l’aria condizionata che per noi è stata provvidenziale. La famiglia di Vanessa, che vive e lavora nell’azienda agricola di cui fa parte la Villa, è premurosa e gentile con gli ospiti. Dall’accoglienza al momento della partenza, ci hanno fatti sentire a casa senza mai essere invadenti. Abbiamo scelto il soggiorno con la prima colazione ed è stato splendido svegliarsi nella pace della campagna e gustare deliziosi biscotti e dolci fatti in casa al fresco del patio coperto. Alla sera, siamo stati sorpresi da un aperitivo che ci ha permesso di conoscere da vicino alcune delle prelibatezze prodotte sul posto, come l’olio extravergine biologico, i salumi e l’ottimo vino ricavato dagli stessi vigneti che rendono il paesaggio tutto intorno semplicemente favoloso. Un’esperienza di vacanza “slow” che ci ha permesso di entrare nel cuore dell’Umbria più autentica, dove la natura dà il meglio di sè e dove tutto sembra un po’ sospeso nel tempo. Che sia per un weekend romantico o per una fuga in solitaria dal caos della città, Villa del Colle è una casa adatta a chiunque. Indimenticabile.

Appartamento accogliente, arredato con gusto, accessoriato come da descrizione, pulito e ordinato. A disposizione degli ospiti tutto l’occorrente per trascorrere qualche giorno a Narni, in una posizione comoda ed ad un passo dalle attrazioni principali. Host attento e disponibile. Da tornarci!!!

Was soll ich sagen.. wir hatten schon viele tolle Gastgeber- aber Mariastella und ihre Kinder waren das beste was uns passieren konnte!! Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und jede unserer fragen zum Ort, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten wurde geduldig und freundlich beantwortet. Wer übrigens am Seeufer in erster Reihe sitzen möchte sollte reservieren!! Auch dabei ist Stella behilflich. Die Wohnung und der Pool sind fantastisch und wir konnten sogar im holzofen Pizza machen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und doch ist man nicht einsam:-) im großen Garten gibt es Sonne und schattenplätze und auch unser Hund Nero war mehr als glücklich und zufrieden Liebe Stella mit Familie wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder oder buchen eure Wohnung in Rom A presto M.

Ottima posizione per visitare Bevagna. Tutto molto confortevole, pulito e nuovo. Piena autonomia per orari. Super gentili per flessibilità nel check-in e check out
