La Casetta di Trignano. Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Log cabin with great view

The cosy log cabin is located separately on a small-scale nature campsite, between ancient olive trees. The hut has a living area including a kitchenette and a sleeping area for two people. Around the cabin you can see the peaks of the Gran Sasso on one side and the high mountains of the Majella on the other side. At the terrace there's a lot of privacy. The municipal access road to the site is a little steep. Within walking distance you can find a pizzeria and during the weekend an agriturismo.

Il tutto contornato da una vista mozzafiato sulle catene montuose abruzzesi, dalla Maiella al Gran Sasso.

Facilmente raggiungibile l'altopiano di Campo Imperatore , a circa 1800 m di quota nel cuore del massiccio del Gran Sasso d'Italia e del Parco nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga.

Situato vicino al centro storico medievale di Montepagano: un borgo nato nell' XI secolo dove staccare la spina dalla frenesia cittadina non è mai stato così facile. A soli 4 km potrete godervi splendide giornate di mare nella cittadina di Roseto degli Abruzzi, da sempre un'ambita meta turistica. Dal 1999 il comune si fregia della Bandiera Blu.

Immersa nella campagna marchigiana, la casa è situata a pochi metri dal fiume Tronto e confinante con la pista ciclabile che collega S.Benedetto.Non avendo case nelle strette vicinanze, la casa permette di godere pienamente del proprio soggiorno in assoluta libertà(anche con musica fino a tarda notte). The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.
