Dimora Tipica is located in Praiano. It enjoys of spectacular sea views, from where you can admire an amazing sunrise. The house has a large solarium with hot tub,sunbeds, table and chairs. The bedroom is recently renovated, has a queen size bed and a single bed. There is a kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom. The location is quite, there are 50 steps to reach the house from the road where the car can be parked. Within a walking distance there are grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops.

Sono provvisti di tutti i comfort per un soggiorno di relax. Gli ospiti hanno accesso gratuito all’area piscina Oasis, distante 500 metri dagli alloggi, dalle ore 10 alle 18 con prenotazione obbligatoria(gli orari possono variare).

Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Non si sente il rumore del traffico, in quanto affaccia su un'aria pedonale. Dal letto della camere matrimoniale è possibile ammirare il mare, ma anche da un ampio balcone, attrezzato.
