Malgré un séjour très court nous avons profité un maximum de nos vacances , accès très facile à la mer , marina de Pise et ses magnifiques couchers de soleil , douceur du climat en ce mois de novembre, visite de Pise bien sûr , puis de Lucca et de la belle ville de Volterra avec ses galeries d’art, artisans d’art, boutiques pittoresques et bons restaurants. Gîte confortable où nous étions heureux de nous retrouver le soir. Séjour réussi!

Era la seconda volta che venivo da Marco con quasi lo stesso gruppo di amici. La casa è piacevole, con parcheggio facile e autobus per arrivare facilmente in centro. L'atmosfera del luogo, con la colazione al bar sotto casa, ecc.. ti fa conoscere un po di più la gente del posto (e la focaccia del forno è ottima!) Marco reagisce presto, pronto ad aiutare in caso di necessità Torneremo senz'altro !

We had a great stay at Veronica’s house. She was very active and helpful throughout our entire stay — always quick to respond and ready to assist. The apartment we rented was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The property has a large, well-maintained garden and a clean swimming pool, perfect for relaxing. We warmly recommend staying at Veronica’s house!

We had a great stay at casa sophia. It is a great little home in the nature in Toscany. We loved that we had a kitchen with everything we needed, a living room and a garden all for ourselfs. The garden had enough privacy and we woke up every morning with birds singing and no other noices present. There is only one neighbour to the right and one neighbour to the left but very quiet otherwise, but still very close to a little village. We were there for two weeks at the end of april/beginning of May. It was still a little cold sometimes, but there was an electrical fireplace and enough blankets to keep us warm. In summertime i'm sure it keeps cool very well. Note that the swimming pool is not open yet in May. We really had everything we needed in this home. There were enough pots and pans, a dishwasher, a thing to keep flies out of the house, a washing machine and comfortable bed.

We loved our short stay, the apartment was well appointed with comfortable beds. The communal pool is absolutely spotless & so refreshing with plenty of sun beds & parasols & a friendly lifeguard. Serena was so helpful with recommendations & getting around & always responded quickly. The location is great for exploring the area with good transport links & beaches & restaurants within walking distance.

Ottima esperienza, Andrea e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, non facili da trovare. Soggiornare nel loro appartamento è stato come stare a casa. Appartamento grande, pulitissimo con tutte le tecnologie a disposizione. In ottima zona di Volterra, fuori dal caos ma con tutti i servizi raggiungibili a piedi. Un grande supermercato vicinissimo a casa. Vi consiglio di soggiornare qui da Andrea anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo dell’appartamento..sarete sicuramente soddisfatti. Grazie Andrea, ci rivedremo presto!!

Mysig och ren lägenhet men allt man kan tänkas behöva från tvål, kaffe till rakhyvel. Lägenheten var skön att landa i efter en varm dag vid poolen eller stranden då den hade aircondition och kändes mycket trivsam och fräsch. Vi fick snabba svar om det var något vi undrade så en bra värd. Lägenheten är bra att utgå ifrån för utflykter och strand. Dock ska man ha med sig att det är tåg som åker förbi med ganska högt ljud både dagtid och natt tid om man är känslig för ljud. Annars rekommenderar jag detta boendet starkt!

ottimo soggiorno in ambiente tranquillo e curato nei minimi dettagli. casa estremamente pulita e ordinata. gli host incredibilmente cortesi e gentili, hanno soddisfatto le nostre richieste di sistemazione, facendoci sentire come a casa. Consiglio il posto a chiunque cerchi una fuga rilassante e accogliente. grazie a Massimo e a sua moglie.

Our stay at Casa Doris was simply amazing! A charming old house with a soul, a beautiful garden and a great pool where you can actually swim :)) Moreover, Andrea and her husband were wonderful hosts. Very kind, attentive and yet invisible. Although they live next door, we had absolute privacy, but when needed they were always ready to help us. Thank you Andrea and Maurizio for your hospitality it was a pleasure to meet you and stay in your home ❤️

Ricardo and Romina are really good hosts. Their farm is lovely and we were received with a bottle of Tuscan wine. The farm is in the middle of nowhere next to a nature preserve but if you follow the instructions on how to get there it is pretty easy. The farm is a nature’s paradise! We stayed in two apartments, one has two bedrooms and the other one has one bedroom. Both with full kitchens and reliable WiFi. Several towns are within a short drive and we had the opportunity to visit Florence, Sienna, Casole D’Elsa and San Gimignano. If you are looking for a relaxing time in Tuscany, this is it!

"La piccola casa con il giardino completamente recintato era perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è arredato con cura e praticità. Cinzia è una padrona di casa incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dal frigorifero ben fornito con numerose bevande e cibi. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni meravigliosi lì con i nostri due cani, che sono stati accolti molto calorosamente. Il Jacuzzi era sempre molto pulito e veniva regolarmente controllato e pulito dalla padrona di casa. Cinzia è sempre disponibile quando serve, ma rispetta anche la privacy dei suoi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio e possiamo consigliare vivamente la casa.". Era molto bello

Elena has many activities to recommend in the area to make the stay more enjoyable. She was so helpful with recommendations for dinner.

Silvia’s place far exceeded our expectations. Everything looks just like the listing, only better. The setting is stunning. Silvia has multiple outdoor areas set up for dining and just looking at the view. The villa is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. The bed was very comfortable. There are two entrances into the villa so you do not have to carry your suitcases up any stairs. We even adjusted our itinerary to spend more time around the villa. Silvia and Giuliano were the perfect hosts; friendly, warm and made us feel more like family than guests. We cannot wait to return.

Die Unterkunft von Francesco ist wunderschön, ruhig und sehr zu empfehlen. Der Garten ist traumhaft und unsere Hunde hatten richtig viel Spass. Dank des umzäunten Grundstücks konnten wir uns absolut entspannen ohne ständig zu schauen, wo die Hunde sind. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Vor allem die überdachte Terrasse, auf der wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben, hat uns sehr gefallen. In ein paar Minuten ist man zudem am Strand. Francesco und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, alles ist top organisiert. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Perfect, peaceful stay in a beautiful location and home! The renovated farmhouse is modern and comfortable. Maria and her family welcomed us upon arrival and were wonderful hosts! We appreciated the pie, starter coffee and basic supplies. Our favorite was the peaceful morning walks and location near the village where we enjoyed pastries and coffee. All the extra details (such as extra blankets and comfortable bedding) made it a truly relaxing stay. We hope to return for our next anniversary!! Thank you Maria!!

Babette und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung passt sehr gut für 2 Personen, die Küche ist super eingerichtet mit Abwaschmaschine und grossem Kühlschrank. Warme Bettdecken für die kühlere Herbstzeit vorhanden! Sehr schöne, von Reben überwachsene Terrasse. Ausserdem eine kleine zusätzliche Terrasse rückseitig mit Morgensonne, ideal für das Frühstück. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, etwas abseits, umgeben von Reben und Olivenbäumen. Deshalb nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Das letzte Stück Weg führt teilweise durch einen Wald auf unbefestigter Strasse.

Wij zijn hier in de mei vakantie 5 dagen geweest en hebben het super fijn gehad. De locatie is prachtig en een super uitvalsbasis om de prachtige regio Toscane te ontdekken. Ook het zwembad is een fijne plek om na een lange dag te ontspannen.

Great place! All the extras - treats, bathrobes etc. were much appreciated! So close to the train so easy commute to Firenze and Pisa. Would highly recommend! Very clean and very comfortable!!

Posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro a piedi (10 minuti) con possibilità di lasciare l'auto all'interno della proprietà. Appartamento molto confortevole e spazioso. Barbara è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Avevamo aspettative alte vedendo solo le foto , e appena siamo arrivati sono state ampiamente superate!! Vista stupenda, appartamento stupendo in una posizione super tranquilla! Ideale per chi cerca un po’ di pace fuori dal caos

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Lovely peaceful stay in Nico’s apartment. It was a wonderful base from which to explore the area. Nico’s check-in instructions were faultless and he responded to any request quickly… always approachable and friendly.
