Villa Alba, on the hill, by the sea.

The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Cette villa paisible offre un séjour de détente pour toute la famille. Villa de plein pied avec piscine de 8x4m, terrasse au bord de l'eau, transats, matelas d'eau pour la piscine et pataugeoire pour enfant . La maison est bordé de champs, se situe dans un endroit très calme et reposant et possède station recharge voiture électrique . La villa est à 20 km de la belle station balnéaire de Senigallia. Un peu plus loin, vous trouverez le Mont Conero avec ses belles falaises et sa nature sauvage .

For rent, our lovely family home in the hills of Le Marche, with a fabulous view on the Cesano Valley. The house has a large, heated, private pool (11 x 5 m), four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + outdoor kitchen with pizza oven. Enjoy dinner under the veranda with a view on the sunset! The house is surrounded by farmland & forrest, on a large private terrain with fruit- and olive trees. Still, it's only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful town of Pergola - with shops and a (food) market on Saturday.
