The house is minutes (by car, bike, bus) from all those areas yet the old world Italian charm of stone walls and Arcola historical village will let you escape from the tourist chaos. Soak in the amazing views/sunrises/sunsets from the private terrace and patio as you enjoy breakfast, dinner, a glass of wine or the Italian sun.

Appartamento con ingresso indipendente. Full optional Pavimenti in teak Cucina acciaio e faggio. Porte in vetro infrangibile e pvc. Ideale per coppie o famiglia. Posizione strategica per 5 terre, Portovenere, lerici. Pieno centro, a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di la spezia e dal molo da cui partono i battelli per le 5 terre, Portovenere e isola Palmaria. Abbiamo una tessera per parcheggiare gratuitamente in più zone della cittá. A due passi dalla storica piazza del mercato.

Cozy rustic house up on the Liguria's Hills, Peaceful surroundings and quiet neighborhood, A private entrance, walking through the village, introduces you to a double flat house, ( bottom floor is my private home, top floor is the flat for rent). Lontano da rumori ma vicino al centro città ai ristoranti e al mare. Ti colpiranno la luce, l’intimità e la possibilità di sentire i suoni della natura. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie, gruppi di amici e amici pelosi (animali domestici). Inoltre potrai usufruire della piscina ammirando il panorama.
