Alojamiento muy bonito y cuidado cerca de la estación secundaria de la spezia

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Nachbarn. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral und hervorragend geeignet sowohl für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca etc. mit Pkw oder Bahn als auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum sowie zum Strand. Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Leider sind die beiden vorhandenen Balkone sehr klein, aber um am Abend einen guten Wein zu genießen war es ausreichend. Von unserer Seite aus können wir einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nur empfehlen und sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in der Gegend um Carrara verbringen wollen, wäre die Wohnung von Sonia mit Sicherheit unser Favorit.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était vraiment très agréable. Proche de la gare pour les cinque terre, l'emplacement est idéal !

Espectacular! Gracias a Mariela y a el espacio que comparte pasamos dos noche mágicas, la Liguria es una joya y más aún con la gente que tiene. El espacio es tal cual la descripción, lo recomiendo mucho también por la posición es fácil encontrar todo a pie. Mariela es una persona muy amable que te da muchas recomendaciones y no solo de la Spezia, a la próxima 😊!

Ottima esperienza! Alloggio in pieno centro e comodissimo per raggiungere la stazione centrale. Appartemento pulito e moderno, ci siamo trovati estremamente bene!

Great apartment in the heart of Riomaggiore. Vittorio was very responsive with his replies to my questions. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a trip to Cinque Terre will be first on my list if I was to return to the town on Riomaggiore!!

This is a calm oasis away from the busy marina itself. I loved waking up with a view of the marble caves in the distance. Highly recommend!

très satisfaite de l'emplacement, de l'appartement, mais attention il n' y a qu'une chambre avec un grand lit , pas d'autres possibilités de couchage - le village étant situé sur les parois des montagnes, il est en pente, et il y a de nombreux escaliers à gravir, mais c'est parfait, et surtout très calme, pas de voitures ! on peut facilement se déplacer d'un village à un autre soit par bateau, soit avec le train, ou avec ses jambes pour les sportifs, région magnifique, les italiens sont très accueillants, bonne nourriture ! parfaitement satisfaite de mon séjour

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio per due notti in compagnia di un piccolo cagnolino. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario e in ottima posizione per visitare Riomagggiore e le Cinqur Terre. Loredana è stata poi estremamente disponibile e gentile e pronta a fornirci ogni informazione. Ottima esperienza, davvero!

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

La casetta in carrugio del Signor Michele, molto gentile e disponibile, è bellissima, dotata di tutti i confort per passare una splendida vacanza. Scuramente tornerò perché è il borgo più bello del mondo! Grazie Signor Michele per l'ospitalità, a presto.

La ubicación es inmejorable ya que está en la calle principal de Riomaggiore. Esto no afecta al momento de dormir ya que el pueblo de noche queda tranquilo. Si bien el apartamento es chiquito, está bien organizado y es cómodo. No se necesita mucho más si el plan es estar recorriendo los pueblos. El balcón y la vista son lo mejor del alojamiento y valen la pena. Además Edoardo fue un anfitrión muy atento y amable 😊

Awesome place to stay. Quiet, 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurant/ cafes nearby. Apartments is spotless, also everything in the kitchen you might need. Communication with Mary nice, easy, got all information really fast. Recommend this place!

¡Dario es un gran anfitrión! Muy amable y predispuesto. El departamento es realmente bello y grande. Súper cómodo. Además, tiene todo para cocinar y comer ahí, inclusive insumos alimenticios. Siempre que elijas estar fuera de la ZTL, recomiendo mucho su departamento. ¡Volvería sin dudas!

Le cadre était très chouette. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille. L'environnement est calme et agréable. Le logement est idéalement situé : proche des commodités et des visites notamment Lerici, La Spezia,Sarzana,Bocca di Magiore,Arcola. Bref un bel emplacement et un cadre agréable. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir des Cinque Terre

Pochi giorni ma buoni , peccato l’ultimo giorno con il maltempo. Alessandro persona squisita , amichevole e per qualsiasi cosa lui è sempre disponibile. Che dire della struttura STUPENDA. Dall’appartamento piccola ma efficace con tutto l’occorrente, per poi passare in giardino con barbecue e bersò con vista stupenda, infine la chicca , la piscina , bellissima con super vista . Weekend davvero bello e rilassante, abitando a Parma mi è anche comodo . Tornerò sicuramente, grazie mille per tutto Alessandro. Un saluto.

Fijne plek als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Mooie heuvel achtige omgeving. Dorpje Pietresantra verrassend leuk! Bedden een beetje zachter dan wij zelf fijn vinden en de aanrijd route met een lage auto was uitdagend, maar verder een fijn appartement!! Fijne communicatie met Fulvia.

Wir hatten tolle Tage dort. Das Frühstück und Abendessen in der Casa Turchetti waren großartig! Der Ort ist eine Reise wert, um ein paar Tage Entspannung und Ruhe zu genießen. Immer wieder gerne!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub bei Assunta verbracht. Haus und Garten sind bezaubernd und noch viel schöner als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Man erreicht Meer und Berge mit dem Auto gut, kann sich aber auch ganz in Ruhe im Haus und am Pool aufhalten. Wann immer wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir sie mit Assunta oder ihrem Sohn unkompliziert klären.

Un grand merci à Miriam et Andréa ! ils sont formidables ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans leur nid douillet ! Tellement envie de revenir ☺️

We loved everything there! Ivana, Alan and the people in the village were just welcoming and open minded. We slept in the comfortable apartment on the ground floor. The apartement contains everything you need, has several sleeping arrangements and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. All was clean and comfortable. The view up to the castle is calming and a good reason for a short walk. Ivana knows a lot about the area, the history of Lunigiana and answers all your questions gladly. Breakfast and dinner is local, handmade and really tasty in a cosy atmospere. If you are looking for a place to calm down, feel welcome and enjoy nature its a perfect place we can fully recommed (dogs are also welcome).
