Casa molto carina e accogliente sommersa nel verde del suo giardino. Locata in una zona tranquilla non lontana da tutte le attrazioni e necessità del posto. La casa era pulitissima e attrezzata a dovere. Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo un quaderno contenente tutte le info della casa e posti / eventi nelle vicinanze descritti nei dettagli. Abbiamo anche trovato tutto per fare colazione sulla tavola (fette biscottate, marmellate, plumcake, fiesta, tortini,…) e dell’acqua! Erano a disposizione tutti gli utensili e strumenti necessari per qualsiasi evenienza. Bagno molto comodo e carino con tutti gli asciugamani necessari. Presente anche aria condizionata in più stanze. Un soggiorno molto comodo, carino e rilassante.

Host reattivo nelle risposte ai messaggi e molto cordiale, la casa è molto spaziosa e in ordine, offre da dormire a più persone, la cucina viene lasciata con anche viveri per poter fare una prima colazione. Posto consigliato a chi intende pernottare per più di una notte

Eine tolle Unterkunft auf der Spitze eines Hügels in einem malerischen Ort. Das Haus mit Grundstück war für uns ideal, Innen etwas dunkel. Viel Platz und toll war auch die Waschmaschine und der Holzpelletsofen für frische Abende. Von hier aus eine Stunde zu den Cinque Terre und eine halbe Stunde zum Outlet. Bei kleinen Problemen haben wir sofort Hilfe erhalten.

Il piccolo borgo di castagnetoli, nella lunigiana, è una cornice pittoresca per un appartamento storico e appena ristrutturato con cura e gusto. L'host è stato super disponibile, ci ha offerto consigli estremamente azzeccati e non possiamo che essere soddisfatti e appagati dal soggiorno.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos notamment la vue et les terrasses. Nos hôtes ont été extrêmement accueillants et très réactifs.

Michele è un perfetto padrone di casa, sempre attento e disponibile ad ogni esigenza dei suoi ospiti. Non fa mai mancare nulla, dall'accoglienza ai saluti finali. I suoi consigli sui luoghi da visitare sono stati molto utili e ci ha permesso di passare un weekend perfetto insieme ai nostri amici a quattro zampe. Anche loro molto soddisfatti dell'ampio giardino esterno. Ringraziamo ancora Michele per questa mini vacanza.

We would love to come back here! Very kind host, great space, very well equipped kitchen. The host has really thought about any convenience you need. For a couple or family it is very spacious. For two couples the second bathroom is handy, but it’s downstairs and might not be ideal for everyone. At our arrival there was no warm water, but the host fixed it the next morning. We had a great time! Pitelli itself is not special, but it’s a great location to explore the wonderful area! Highly recommended:)

Je recommande ce logement à 100 % ! Les hôtes sont disponibles, réactifs, très serviables et sympathiques. Le logement est conçu pour vous faire passer un excellent séjour, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence. Il est bien situé pour prendre les trains desservant les Cinque Terre, et le centre-ville est accessible en 10 minutes à pied. Nous y avons séjourné avec un bébé : une chaise haute, des couverts, une assiette et un lit parapluie étaient mis à disposition dès notre arrivée. Une chose est sûre : si nous devons revenir dans la région, nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Merci encore pour ces quelques jours !

Abbiamo soggiornato 9 gg. Con mia figlia e nipotini , siamo stati accolti molto bene da Gabriella la proprietaria che ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni sulla bellissima e luminosissima casa accessoriata di tutto e piena di ogni comfort e pulitissima facendoci trovare la dispensa piena di prodotti per la colazione secondo le nostre preferenze è una persona straordinaria attenta a tutto facendoci trovare nel frigorifero una bottiglia di prosecco per il benvenuto e altro cibo, mai avuto un'accoglienza così ,la casa è molto accogliente è stato come vivere nella propria casa non mancava nulla. Gabriella è stata sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra domanda . Il soggiorno in questa casa lo super consigliamo e sicuramente ci ritorneremo con grande piacere. Aurelio e Macella con famiglia Werner

Great Location, just 10 minutes walk from the central station. Pina personally came to greet us & helped to park our car at the free parking. The property was big & super clean. Pina kept enough stuff for breakfast. She also explains how to operate a Gas stove & other thing. You have to struggle a little to find free street parking after you come back from sightseeing.

Anna was the best host I’ve ever had! She was super helpful, responsive, and friendly. Such an amazing stay!

Recibimos muy buena atención, el recibimiento fue muy gustoso. Fabricio junto a la compañía de su hijo nos explicaron con un alto nivel de detalle  su hermoso piso. Nos incluyeron una rica botella de vino para compartir y una gran variedad de productos italianos para los desayunos. El piso se encuentra con un excelente confort  y unos ambientes muy espacioso y muy bien distribuidos. La primera noche presentamos problemas con la presión del agua caliente y tan solo avisarle a Fabrizio su llegada fue lo antes posible a solucionar la incidencia y resolvimos enseguida la situación. Muchas gracias por todo.

We were extremely happy with our stay here... Very close to the train station from which we explored the Cinque Terre and Genoa.. Hosts were fantastically welcoming and offered suggestions of things to see. Outdoor space was wonderful and peaceful at the end of a long day. Would not hesitate to stay at the Green Carpet again.

Nico and Greta were exceptional hosts! Very responsive and had very helpful recommendations for restaurants, hiking, views, and things to do in cinque terre. The airbnb was located very close to everything in town (restaurants, grocery, train station). Very clean and comfortable apartment!

The apartment is very centrally located, making it easy to reach everywhere. We had no trouble finding a parking spot either. Everything in the apartment was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. Giorgia was very responsive, warm, and welcoming. All the places she recommended were great and really helped us enjoy our trip even more. If I go to La Spezia again, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

David and Roberta are truly the best hosts! Their place is dreamy beautiful and they go out of their way to help you have the best experience. Whether it’s the delicious breakfast served each morning or doing your laundry, David and Roberta go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are genuinely so kind. Definitely recommend this location.

Excelente experiencia con Débora, todo impecable. Es un poco lejos pero el transporte público funciona bien. Además la habitación y el baño (y la casa en general) son 5 estrellas sin duda.

Je recommande ce logement ! Maria a été incroyable avec nous. Dès notre arrivée, elle est gentiment venue nous récupérer à la gare de La Spezia. Elle a pris le temps de nous expliquer les divers transports en commun que nous pouvions utiliser durant notre séjour. Nous avons très bien été accueilli chez elle. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Salle de bain privé, ce qui est très rare de trouver en Italie ! La chambre était toute mignonne, avec un accès à la piscine et un petit déjeuner au top ! Nous remercions Maria pour ce séjour merveilleux et nous conseillons fortement cet endroit.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nadia. L’accueil était charmant et l’appartement conforme à la description. L’emplacement n’est pas trop loin du Cinque Terre qui nous a séduits. Un grand merci à Nadia pour ses délicieuses petites attentions !

המקום היה בדיוק כמו בתמונות ואף יותר יפה. נהנינו מאוד מההליכה היומית - לצד הנחל וביער - מהנקודה בה החנינו את הרכב ועד החווה. אחרי השקיעה היה לנו גם ליווי יפהפה של גחליליות. קיבלנו דירה עם חדר זוגי, וקומת גלריה עבור הבן שלנו, ששמח על הפינה הפרטית שלו. הכנו ארוחות ערב במטבח, אם כי הוא מותאם יותר לארוחות בסיסיות. החלל המרכזי היה נעים ומרווח לשהייה עם ספה, פינת אוכל נעימה, ומרפסת נהדרת שמשקיפה לנוף. בשבילנו, היתרון הגדול ביותר היה הטבע שמסביב, והאפשרות לצאת לטיולים ברגל ישר מהמקום, מבלי להיכנס לרכב. אפשר גם ללכת ולהסתובב בעיירה Fivizzano, לעשות קניות, לשתות ולאכול. המארחת, ג'ובאנה, הייתה זמינה תמיד ומסבירת פנים. נקודה אחת להדגיש למי שמגיע ומשתמש ב-google maps: למרות נקודת הציון הנכונה, הוא משתבש כשמגיעים לעיירה Fivizzano ומדריך להיכנס אליה, ואז משתבש. צריך לפנות שמאלה בדיוק לפני שער הכניסה לעיירה. משם ההדרכה נכונה.

Er har tre most lovely time at Enrica’s B&B! It was cozy and beautiful, within walking distance of the beach and every restaurant in San Terenzo. Enrica was a wonderful host. She was flexible with check-in when our train got delayed, and gave great reccomendations about restaurants, beaches and everything else!

Alloggio molto pulito e in ordine, fornito di tutto il necessario. Host molto accogliente e gentile. Esperienza consigliatissima!

Staying with Claudia was an absolute dream. She is not only the most wonderful human being but also the perfect host you could ever wish for. Claudia knows her region inside out and has the best tips for exploring the area. Her cultural insights and fascinating stories added so much depth to our trip. The house itself is stunning, filled with beautiful old wooden furniture, each piece with its own story that Claudia shares with passion. The view over La Spezia is breathtaking, making our stay truly unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Claudia, for everything – it was magical!
