The apartment is located in the main street of the city, 500 meters from La Spezia Central Station and 400 meters away from the ferry. The location is strategic to visit the Cinque Terre, the Gulf of Poets, and many cities. The room, newly refurbished, has a private bathroom with shower. L'alloggio è ricavato in una casa medievale, risalente al XV secolo, all'interno dell'antico Castello di Rometta. E' composto da una camera da letto e da un bagno posti al piano terra, da una ampia cucina situata al primo piano e da un giardino privato. L'immobile è stato recentemente restaurato ed è dotato di una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale ed una poltrona letto. Si possono raggiungere le cinque terre anche a piedi, mediante sentiero CAI , partendo da casa .
