The stay was beautiful n felt homely. We were greeted by Muthu on time. Distance to the beach was most liked. The terrace n it's ambience gave no less vibe of a lovely lounge bar. The small garden sit out too was nice with the thatched cottage. The house keeper Kalpana too was a sweet lady . We would love to stay there again while in pondy. The welcome note on a peepal tree leaf is my souvenir back home. Thanks for your lovely place.

I recently stayed at this amazing villa in Auroville and had an incredible experience. The place offers breathtaking views of the sea that you can enjoy from both inside the villa and the beautifully maintained outdoor areas. Waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean was pure bliss. The villa is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors that feel both luxurious and cozy. The outdoor spaces are just as lovely, with lush gardens and comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxing and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. One of the best parts about this villa is its location. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient for us. Plus, it’s close to all the central spots in Auroville, so we had no trouble exploring the area and enjoying all the local attractions. The care taker deserves a special shoutout for being so helpful and attentive. From the moment we arrived, they made sure we had everything we needed and were always available to assist with any questions

Our stay was fantastic. Our top priorities were reliable air conditioning and a strong internet connection, and both exceeded our expectations throughout the visit. Muthu, who welcomed us, was incredibly helpful and always just a phone call away whenever we needed anything. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with all essential amenities at a reasonable price, I would highly recommend this place.

We recently visited Pondicherry for a short getaway with friends and stayed at a beautiful beachside property and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The place was stunning, with serene views of the ocean right in front of our rooms. The ambience was peaceful, clean, and made for the perfect break. The property was not just beautiful but also incredible value for money. Every aspect, from the well-maintained rooms to the cozy outdoor seating areas, was thoughtfully done. Il mare era la nostra meta e qui abbiamo trovato un tratto di spiaggia pulito e senza barche in cui poter stare in bikini. I vari tipi di alloggio e i servizi offerti rendono il Tanto Far un luogo speciale. Se ami l'India, questo è il posto giusto per una pausa rilassante, per sentirsi a casa tra amici. Un luogo in mezzo alla natura, da cui è facile raggiungere i vari punti di interesse. Se ne avremo la possibilità, torneremo sicuramente. Grazie

the private villa was fantastic, just what we needed. A lovely, clean pool and a kitchen for the kids. Breakfast was predictable - in a good way, comfort food to start the day off. The surroundings are beautiful with lots of greenery and trees. We saw many birds and when mongooses(the kids insisted that I should say mongeese), and the best part was the lovely dogs in the property. What we didn't like - the beach. It's not clean and definitely not safe enough to play in the water. Just relax in the pool with the sound of the waves in the background, and you're good. PS: The place is a bit cut off from famous restaurants but there's swiggy to the rescue!

My family had a wonderful time and tantofar team accommodated our request even though they were double booked and gave another room on similar lines of the booking. My kids loved it and all of us loved the beach, which is what we were looking forward to. The rooms are cozy, we were in AC cottage for 3 nights and 1 night in the challet. The cottage has a lawn in the front perfect for my toddler,the later has spectacular views of sunrise but only for nature lovers as you wake up to birds like Myhna, sparrows, crows and others, squirrel and other animals frequent by as it's more like a tree house and you should only choose this if you love animals and have lived close to nature.

The place is beautiful and the host(s) stood by everything promised (and more). They have more beautiful properties in the same area, and they know what they’re doing. The house was clean, pretty; the pool as well. Due to the location of the pool, it tends to accumulate twigs and leaves quite frequently but it is manageable. The caretaker will help you sort pretty much everything out. The beach is a surfing and fishing beach but that is no reason to stop you to walking over and enjoying the ocean breeze at any time of the day. Worth mentioning that both the host and the caretaker were extremely responsive and went beyond their ways to support us whenever needed. Really appreciate it.

I really enjoyed my stay, and felt all the positive reviews were accurate and helpful. Sandhya and Eric were lovely hosts who helped me with whatever I needed. Tanto Pizzeria delivers to the Farbeach rooms which is great, because the beachside can feel a little secluded after dark. Though as soon as you walk to ECR, you can access whichever shops and amenities you may need.

Had an amazing 2 night's stay at the seaview villa studio. Cutest property on Serenity beach. Everything in the house was well thought of. Kudos to David, who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable! Alex is the perfect host! Highly recommended.

If you are looking for just stay and have some good time in beach this may be right place. Neighbourhoods may be bit clumsy but you are near white town and hardly 5 min by drive is good one.

Great place for 2-3 people with beach access in 2 mins. The host and caretaker were very responsive and always there to help.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Pondicherry! Usharani is a truly exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, providing us with a personalized itinerary, and sharing local contacts for rental scooties, cars, and autos, which made exploring the area so much easier. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a cozy, relaxing stay. The peaceful atmosphere and ideal location, close to the beach, local cafes, and all the charming spots around Pondicherry, made it even more special. The place was beyond expectations. We literally felt right at home. The property manager was helpful and responsive. The interior of the house was so admirable. Some construction work is going on and it was a little bit noisy in the afternoons but other than that everything was on point. Just 1 minute walk to the beach and very easily accessible to all the restaurants in white town.

We have no complaints with the staff. The entire team was very helpful and went beyond what they were expected to do. The place was very maintained. The view from the terrace was amazing with comfy sofas and hammock. Especially Mr David and Mr Muthu was so welcoming and helped us in all ways possible. Providing us with the essential help needed in the most important hours. Even the maids were very sweet to us. Overall we are very grateful for the hospitality we received and the way everything was maintained. Looking forward to visiting Pondi again and book at stay at Casa Arma Serenity Beachfront.
