Follow the lights...

The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

1st floor in big Villa - close to two beaches

10000mq garden, very close (less than 60m) from two amazing beaches called Padulella and Capobianco and from a restaurant on the beach. On Padulella there is also a private access and a shelter for seaside stuffs. Panoramic terrace with sea view and balcony; table tennis;private parking. In the range of 1 km there is the town center of Portoferraio with bars and restsursnt.Portoferraio is the biggest town of the island. We prefere rent for 7 nights(whole week) to families or couple over 25.

Si tratta di una villa singola con spettacolare terrazzo e un secondario terrazzo attrezzato con barbecue! Appena ristrutturata integramente offre massimo confort e intimità! La camera da letto padronale dispone di un bagno privato con accesso diretto dalla stanza stessa! Spettacolari cene sul terrazzo con vista sul porto di marciana garantiranno dei tramonti mozzafiato! Posto auto privato! Al piano sottostante al terrazzo vi è un monolocale che viene affittato ma con ingresso autonomo!

La nostra casa è un tipico casale elbano situato sulla collina di Portoferraio con una vista mozzafiato sulla baia. Starete immersi nella natura, ma a poca distanza dalle spiagge di sabbia di Lacona, Norsi e Capoliveri. A 10 minuti, verso Portoferraio, trovate le spiagge di sassi bianchi di Padulella, Capobianco e le Ghiaie. Nel giardino c'è una Jacuzzi 6 posti disponibile FREE da aprile a ottobre. La villa è stata rinnovata nel 2025. Max adulti ammessi 4, casa ideale per famiglia

La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

Prestigiosa villa, a poche decine di metri sopra la riva del mare, arredata e corredata con grande raffinatezza e funzionalità e da cui si godono incantevoli e indimenticabili tramonti su Golfo Stella, Isola di Pianosa e Corsica. E' dotata di scala privata per accesso diretto alla spiaggia. E' strutturata su due livelli, composta da due unità abitative totalmente indipendenti tra loro , sia come fabbricati che relativi giardini, con il solo ingresso principale esterno in comune.

Villa Mola è una realtà di relax e comodità assoluta all'Isola d'Elba. Avrete a disposizione 120mq per tutte le vostre esigenze e una terrazza esterna dalla quale potrete godere di uno spledido scorcio del Comune di Capoliveri e della campagna elbana. A disposizione della villa vi è una piscina condivisa con idromassaggio, solarium e barbecue. E' possibile prenotare anche la dependance per ulteriori 4 posti letto. Villa Meridiana giardino

Villa Meridiana giardino is located on the outskirts in the countryside and offers a fantastic view of the Gulf of Sant’Andrea. The house can be reached via a dirt road about 50 meters from the main road, guaranteeing the quiet and seclusion of the house. In about 5 minutes on foot you can reach the sea and the beach via another path that winds through the ancient wine terraces. The house is divided into two completely independent apartments on different levels.

Porzione di villetta ai margini del paese di Seccheto, vista mare, dotata di ampi terrazzi attrezzati che danno sul giardino tipicamente mediterraneo, zona tranquilla. La spiaggia è raggiungibile attraverso le stradine del paese in 10 min. a piedi.
