La casa si trova in un parco privato con ville immerse nel verde. Composta da una camera da letto, una seconda stanza con divano letto, una luminosa cucina soggiorno , bagno e patio circondato da alberi da frutta. Oltre alla fermata dei bus appena fuori dalla proprietà è possibile raggiungere il centro a piedi tramite una strada panormica.

L' attico, dotato di ogni comodità, è situato nella zona centrale di Sant' Agata. Nelle immediate vicinanze è presente una fermata del servizio autobus che collega il centro con le principali località turistiche della Costiera (Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento etc.) Essendo un attico, gode di splendida vista a 360° sul Golfo di Napoli e Vesuvio.
