Thatchways' Nook is the self-contained, luxurious annexe of a 17th Century thatched cottage, with its own secluded garden. Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Further separate bathroom with modern and accessible shower cubicle In the gorgeous setting of Prinsted (PO10) close to Chichester Harbour. Off street parking for one car. Outdoor seating area, patio, close to all amenities but quiet and tranquil setting. Please note that Continental Breakfast and Tea & Coffee are provided.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Number 22 Beautiful one bedroom holiday home

Located in the heart of the beautiful coastal town of Emsworth, Number 22 is a lovingly renovated, luxurious coach house apartment. A stylish base from which to explore the beautiful coastline and countryside of this part of West Sussex. With a cosy living room with log burning stove, modern, fully equiped kitchen, double bedroom with a sumptuously comfortable king size bed and luxurious shower room, this really is a home away from home. Outside is a pretty, private courtyard garden.

The Little Gaff - One bedroom self contained cabin

The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

A comfortable bolthole to come back to after a day out at Goodwood or exploring the historic towns and villages, beaches or the Southdowns, which are all on our doorstep. This is a self-contained annex to our lovely flint house, with your own entrance and boot room, a separate kitchenette and a table for leisurely breakfasts. You are welcome use the patio for a quiet evening drink or early morning coffee. We have a parking space for you with an EV charge point.

The Arks Samphire

Our unique individual high spec boat, Samphire is suited to sleep two people, the boat is moored to their pontoon with panoramic views located in the picturesque and sheltered waters of Prinstead Bay in Chichester Harbour, Emsworth. The Ark is a delightful and totally unique floating romantic getaway and whilst on board you will notice that the tide comes and goes twice a day. With a walk in shower room, kitchenette, double bed and spectacular private decking.
