The outside deck is protected from the weather and boasts a plunge pool. The home has indoor braai facilities and an additional fire place for the colder winter months. An outside shower for the surf and dive enthusiasts. A double garage, loft area & uncapped wifi. Security shutters & alarm system with armed response.

The Dunes Pringle Bay

The Dunes can accommodate various groupings of up to 10 visitors and is just a 5 minute walk to the Pringle Bay beach and the well-known Lemon and Lime deli. Spacious living areas and plenty of natural light in a beautiful natural setting make this an ideal getaway. Enjoy 1500msq enclosed fynbos garden and wonderful views of the surrounding Overberg. Indoor entertainment includes table tennis, board games and plenty of toys for the young ones, as well as Netflix and Disney Plus.

Relax, sip on local wines, and take in the spectacular mountain views from the poolside deck. Neighbor to award winning wine farms, situated in the pristine Banhoek Valley. 8 minutes drive to central Stellenbosch, 25 minutes to Franschhoek. Complimentary Tokara wine on arrival with cheese, local nuts and fruits. Basic breakfast supplies provided: coffee, milk, eggs, bread, yogurt, muesli, rusks, orange juice. Bathroom: Soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion provided.

Please note that the property is not fenced, so it is not be suitable for pets. This house is ideal for those seeking a break from the city lights, as Pringle Bay is a haven for nature lovers, offering long beach walks and mountain hikes.

Bayview

Relax and unwind! Enjoy an early morning cuppa while gazing at endless view of False Bay and mountains with the sound of waves and birdsong. You might even get lucky with dolphin or whale sightings! Indulge in sundowners on the north-facing veranda with built-in braai sheltered from the elements. The house is equipped with a mini inverter, WIFI and a smart TV as well as a DSTV dish (bring your own decoder). Easy walk to the beach and village.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
