A Unique modern newly furnished self contained one bedroom annex, which is cosy, warm and has everything you need for a comfotable stay. It is perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip or a stop gap for a relocation. The Annex is spacious with sofa, TV, WiFi and beautiful log burner. The kitchen is well equipmed with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is space for 2 cars on a private off street drive beside the annex. There is also a private small enclosed garden.

Detached space with secure WiFi, off-road sheltered parking & private entrance, perfect for self-catered stays and business trips. Situated in a picturesque village backing onto open fields and a short walk from The Crown pub. Just 2 miles from Haddenham & Thame train station (direct links to Oxford & London), 15 minutes from M40 motorway & 4 miles north of Thame. Not suitable for infants.

After a walk in the Chilterns and a fireside drink at a country pub, relax on the large comfortable sofa and watch the wildlife in the meadow from the warmth of this cosy retreat. If you’re feeling energetic, play tennis or pickleball on our court or cycle the Phoenix Trail - (Bikes/E-bikes by arrangement.) A perfect hideaway for a romantic break, recreational weekend, peaceful remote working or just recharging your batteries.

Tucked into the Chilterns, The Old Stable is a bright, vaulted 17th Century barn conversion. Lavished with love & attention to detail - inside you'll find a king sized bed, a huge power shower, underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso and dishwasher) and Smart TVs with Netflix. Step outside to find a croquet lawn, tennis court, hammocks and a natural swimming pond. Footpaths run straight from the property. We were on BBC's Countryfile! 3rd May on BBC iPlayer for a peek.

PRIVATE GYM - INFARED SAUNA - ICE BATH - JACUZZI 🫧 Super king size bed The bedroom has underfloor heating and a plug in radiator, table and chairs outside, Netflix and WiFi!, 1 minute drive to town centre and 4 minute drive to the train station, lots of shops and food spots to eat. parking for 1 car. the sink in the bathroom only runs on cold water. the gym has all up to date equipment and there is a new infrared sauna, a new ice bath which gets very cold, and a lovely jacuzzi 😁

London Marylebone is 45 mins by train, Marlow and Oxford are approx 30 mins drive.
