The home was extremely spacious and clean. It was in a wonderful neighborhood with a very nice view of a small pond from the backyard. Zhuyan was also very responsive. The beds were all comfortable and large. I think the listing needs to be updated. I found that it was inaccurate. The listing says there are no cameras there are at least 3 outside cameras. It also says there is a fire pit, there wasn’t one. Finally, the kitchen essentials were running very low and pretty worn. Again wonderful home for a large family and I would 100% stay again. The listing just needs an update.

This place was absolutely beautiful. It is the last house up to the water, so it felt so private, and peaceful! The grass was beautiful to sit by and watch the birds. The inside was sooo cute, and we LOVED the true and honest nearby restaurant and bar recommendations. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful weekend away, and like to be outside enjoying the scenery!

Cajun Cottage in the heart of downtown!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cajun cottage. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed how close it was to many restaurants. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions that we had m. overall, it was a great experience in this comfortable cozy home.

This was really an accommodating stay , the neighborhood is really nice and the house is really clean and spacious. Every restaurant known to man is within a few miles There is an African style zoo just over an hour away with lions, tigers, giraffe and many other animals ZOOSIANA. Awesome movie theater with lounge recliners and a bowling alley not too far neither. Walmart is only a mile away too. It’s only an hour away from the gulf also, (holly beach) you have to ride a car ferry to that particular beach (which was really cool it only cost 1 dollar. No extraordinary American landmarks but for a simple good time it’s great. Also 1 hr away is the regatta , this place is amazing food , drinks and you can eat on an enormous patio I would highly recommend Carlos and his place

This place exceeded my expectations. Great parking, easy entry, beautiful furnishings, and squeaky clean. I slept so good there and my girls loved it too. The Google play was fun. I wish I had booked more nights.

This place is so lovely! A getaway to a step back in time…with clawfoot tub and original wood floors! The house is spotless with lots of southern decor and charm! The hosts are the best…very responsive, accommodating and super friendly. I found my place to stay when I’m visiting my family in Lake Charles area. 🩷

The duplex/townhouse was brand new and definitely worth the price. The neighbors were quiet and I have zero complaints. Chandra was very communicative. I would definitely recommend!

The Do Drop Inn

Amazing, We loved everything about The Do Drop Inn and more. Muriel left us Brownies and they were so good. Muriel and her husband Sam were very nice. Very pleasant! Everything was clean and convenient. If you want a A-1 place to stay this is the place. Thank you for the great place. Very homie and comfortable .

We were extremely pleased with our lodging experience. The house was spacious, well appointed, and most importantly, clean and safe. Enclosed garage parking was a special feature. A very nice place to stay! We were touched by attentiveness to details, very clean spacious place, comfortable mattresses. It’s easy to understand that owners care about this place. I loved that they have everything for everyday life: snacks, tea/coffee, we even were treated with fresh farm eggs and biscuits for breakfast! Also there were nice bedding, everything needed in bathroom (women’s hygiene, towels, great toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner..). We loved that place and would definitely stay there again!
