The place is nestled into one of the last Virgin stands of 100' hemlocks left in the state, part of the Van Vliet Hemlock States Natural Area. The area is great for hiking, biking and any outdoor activity you can think of.

Lakefront home with privacy but close to town

This is a year round vacation destination on Boot Lake and snowmobile trail #6 and is just west .9 miles from Presque Isle, a quiet town with a gas/convenience store, restaurant, bait and tackle shop and a couple of bars with food. Just outside of town are several supper clubs. ALSO PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL 4.5% LODGING TAX THAT THE TOWN OF PRESQUE ISLE CHARGES THAT AIR BNB DOES NOT COLLECT UP FRONT NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED !! MIN. FEE IS $250.00
