Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u rustikalnom stilu s velikom terasom i dvorištem koja gleda na Motovun i dolinu te unutarnjim kaminom. Dvije prekrasne spavaće sobe s pogledom i dva kupatila te potpuno namještenu kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, besplatan wifi , smart tv sa satelitskom antenom dva klima uređaja, vanjski roštilj i fire pit. Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.

Relax with your family and friends in this comfortable accommodation, a new villa built in 2022 with a 32m2 swimming pool only 2 km from the beach and the sea. Villa Gondolika **** has: 3 rooms 3 bathrooms toilet + utility the kitchen living room swimming pool barbecue private parking for 3 cars sea and mountain view The house is located in the quiet place Gondulići, near Old Town of Labin, where you find markets , restorants and shops. Near the house walking and cycling paths.

Very clean, comfortable and great location! Apartman Sonja 2 is located in Rabac, just 400 m from Maslinica Beach. We have free parking and free Wi-Fi. Very quiet and peaceful area! The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacious living room and terrace with a beautiful sea view. All the bars and restaurants are within walking distance so you can relax in Rabac without a car. The beaches are 10 to 15 minutes away (by walk!). Welcome and enjoy your stay in Rabac!

Amazing villa with pool near old town

This beautiful Art House with a pool is only a 15-minute walk from the old town of Labin. The house is equipped with designer lighting, art paintings, and has an infrared sauna, a room with fitness equipment and a massage table, and an indoor pool that is used during the winter months. The indoor pool can be used from Decembar to March ( 12.- 3.) and in other months of the year, guests can use the beautiful outdoor pool which is protected from view due to the tall green vegetation.

The house is a one-story house with a pool for 4 people. It is located in the center of Labin. This lovely and small villa with pool is situated in Gondolici, a little place only 2km from old town Labin. Villa is a typical new istrian house, surrounded by wonderful nature, breathtaking sea view, and view of nearby islands. The villa is for 4-6 persons has 60m2 with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful terrace covered by pergola, looking at the private pool. Only 2km from this house is a small village Prtlog with fantastic nature, clear sea and beaches.
