Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Small appartment for great holiday

Surrounded by olive, lemon, orange and mandarin trees, wake up to a breathtaking view of the sea, and islands! The covered patio provides an oasis to relax with a good book, board games, morning coffee, or a glass of your favorite drink. Although we hope you will leave work beind, should you need to connect, WiFi is provided. Couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families love my place because of the location, the views, the ambiance, and the people. Renovated in April 2022!

Next to the Arena (local name for Roman Amphitheatre) is the apartment I grew up in. It has been in my family for generations and you are welcome to enjoy it. If what defines a value of an apartment is location, location, location – this is a gem that really hits Pula’s sweet spot. Wake up with a smile on your face and serenity in your mind. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, great views, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the views and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Parking provided in front of the house. Free wi-fi. Feel free to ask whatever interests you. Please note that parking is provided for a normal size car, not a large van.

Mediterranean apartment with amazing sea view!

This apartment is completely renovated. It became very comfortable for up to 6 persons on 104 m2 of inside space and another 70 m2 of covered terrace with a beautiful sea view. For Your additional relaxation You can enjoy at small indoor sauna and outdoor whirpool surrounded with lemon and orange trees. You will experience eastern coast of Istria in another way!

Villa Alison is located on a property of 800 m2, in the village Županići in untouchable nature. Explore the hinterland and try Istrian specialties like truffles, prosciutto or just have a nice glass of Istrian Malvazija. This location is a perfect starting point for visiting other cities. In this area there are little, but charming towns like Labin and Rabac.
