Die Farbgestaltung durch Gemälde, Kreativmaterial und Gitarre laden zum Wohlfühlen und Ausprobieren ein. Die Einrichtung ist weder modern noch perfekt, aber liebevoll und individuell. Leider für Kleinkinder ungeeignet. Toplage, südliche Terrasse mit schönem Blick, 5 Gehminuten zum Meer, der Naturpark grenzt ans Dorf.

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

"House in flowers" is a small, cozy house siuated in the center of the village but still very calm and distant from crowd. It has an outside grill and small garden with 100 different plants. Price for pets is 8 euros/day- payable at the check-in.
