Difficilmente troverete in Liguria un posto con una vista così. Questa casa è davvero "sul mare" infatti vi sembrerà di stare più su una barca che in una casa. È un ampio monolocale, terrazza con vista, accesso al mare privato e box auto. Vi sveglierete guardando il mare, farete colazione guardando il mare, prenderete il sole e vi addormenterete guardando il mare. E ogni sera vi godrete il tramonto, che da questa terrazza è unico. "IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Silenzioso appartamento al terzo piano con ascensore, recentemente rinnovato. Grande balcone vivibile, fornito di una tenda da sole, dal quale godere di una meravigliosa vista sul mare e sulle colline. Comodissimo alla spiaggia (5 minuti a piedi) e alla Stazione Ferroviaria (6 minuti a piedi) . Posto auto condominiale garantito per i nostri ospiti. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i negozi, il bar, la farmacia, il supermarket. Perfetto come base per visitare le CINQUE TERRE.

Particularly great for quiet family vacations on the beach, exceptional starting point for hiking on the surrounding mountains, super convenient to visit Cinque Terre and nearby towns. Very close to the train station.

WIFI At the moment the tunnels that lead to Moneglia are closed for works. It is possible to reach Moneglia through the road that descends from the Passo del Bracco. Check the route on Google Maps

CASA INCANTEVOLE TRA IL MARE E LE COLLINE LIGURI

La casa si trova all’interno del borgo di San Saturnino circondato da vigneti, ulivi che arrivano fino al mare e limoni profumatissimi, ideale per gli amanti del relax nella natura, ma senza rinunciare alle comodità del centro e della spiaggia a soli 5 minuti in macchina oppure 10 minuti con la navetta.

Ci troviamo nel suggestivo centro storico del paese, in una zona tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare o alla scoperta delle Cinque Terre. La spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti (500 metri), così come la stazione ferroviaria, i ristoranti, i bar e i negozi.
