Observe os “melros” pela manhã, o pôr do sol, desfrute da calma e tranquilidade. Aproveite a vista única de mar e montanha do lounge privado, a piscina infinita, a “Serra de Sintra”-a montanha mágica, os seus bosques encantados, conventos e palácios. Possibilidade de incluir uma mesa de trabalho. Existe também a possibilidade de aceitar celebrações de casamentos, caso seja de pequenos grupos, mediante pagamento suplementar. Uma Villa de montanha construída à mais de 100 anos , implantada sobre uma imponente rocha com uma envolvente única e uma vista de cortar a respiração sobre o mar a cidade , Cascais e a montanha onde está inserida . A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

Cascais Amazing Guest House With Shared PlungePool

This Guest House located on the outskirts of Cascais Center, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, museums, beaches and a short 35-minute train ride to the center of Lisbon. Open-plan space, with a meter tall wood divider separating the living area with kitchenette from the bedroom, walls and closet covered in natural jute wallpaper, white marble bathroom with steam shower cabin. This Villa, townhouse modern ( new ) opened in December of 2021 has 1 bedroom with a balcony with ocean view in the distance. Downstairs double sleeper sofa ,full kitchen , bathroom, and exterior common area shared with 4 other villas on property. Though occupancy is for 4 guests (max), this unit being the smallest in size compared to the 4 other units on the property 2 quest are ideal Therefore, The ( price $ reflects/size of this unit ) A.L. is owner operated .

Casa da Baleia | Attic I Seaview I center

Here you will find a cosy one bedroom apartment, with two double beds that makes it perfect for families with kids (4 pax). It has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. We thought this space to be as relaxing and special as it could. It is right at the center and above the south beach. The sounds of ocean are always a presence and the sunsets an inspiration. Relax, surf and enjoy this little paradise.

Desfrute de uma experiência neste espaço acolhedor muito bem localizado no centro de Ribamar com mercearia, talho, farmácia, take-away e restaurantes a uma curta distância a pé. Praias dos Coxos e Praia de São Lourenço a curta distância - 15 minutos a pé ou apenas 2 minutos de carro. A bonita vila da Ericeira fica a apenas 5 minutos de carro; Sintra a 35 minutos e Lisboa 45 minutos.

Historic late 17th century winery newly restored into home. Situated on the Atlantic Ocean with views of the beautiful Coastal village of Azenhas do Mar, Cabo da Roca and Ericeira.
