Casa recentemente ristrutturata e arredata, con terrazzo, patio e giardino vista mare. Parcheggio privato di facilissimo accesso. Dista 700 metri a piedi dal mare ed è collocata nel centro storico di Acquafredda, frazione di Maratea. La bella vista mare che si gode dal terrazzo e dal giardino è un piacevole ristoro per l'anima.

De moderne villa heeft een schitterend uitzicht op zee en het bergachtige achterland en is gelegen op 6500 m2 grond op de grens van een Nationaal Park en is omringd door ongerepte natuur. Het is een wandelparadijs en ligt op enkele autominuten van één van de mooiste kusten van Italië.
