Appartement Terrasse Vue Unique sur les Alpes

En Suisse, dans le petit village de Leysin, appartement au rez-de-chaussée d'un chalet, 2 pièces 50m2 avec wifi (fibre optique), séjour-salon, salle de bain avec douche italienne, coin canapé-lit, cuisine équipée avec induction et table-billard. Entrée indépendante, terrasse 15 m2 avec vue sur la plaine du Rhône et Dents du Midi, une place parking devant le chalet . Situé à 1300m d'altitude, à 300 mètres de la gare et du bus navette gratuit pour rejoindre pistes de ski et départ de randonnées.

Bienvenue dans notre spacieux appartement ensoleillé de 3,5 pièces. La terrasse de 13m2 est exposée plein sud, et offre une vue imprenable sur les Alpes vaudoises. Il est complètement meublé et peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Idéalement situé, l’appartement est très proche des commerces et restaurants. Le centre du village se situe à 5 min. à pied et un bus gratuit est à disposition pour vous emmener, en 3 minutes, au départ de la télécabine. Un train à crémaillère relie Leysin à Aigle.

Appartement dans un Chalet, exposé au Sud avec 4 chambres à coucher prévu pour max. 10 personnnes. Piste de ski nocturne à 5 minutes à pied et 10 à 20 minutes en voiture des Domaines skiables de Leysin, Les Diablerets et Les Mosses. Une caution de CHF 300.- (espèce). Compris dans le prix de base sont: chauffage, électricité, nettoyage final.

Chalet de montagne situé à Leysin avec vue panoramique; isolé et calme. Accessible en voiture depuis Avril jusque début Novembre. Il est équipé confortablement: cuisine, 4 chambres avec lit double , 2 salles des bains, salon, salle à manger, coin télé, internet et Wifi, machine à laver et sèche linge. Grande terrasse plein sud, avec jacuzzi et barbecue. Jeux pour enfants ( trampoline, balançoire ...). Idéal pour les familles et les amoureux de la montagne et de la nature.

Spacious Studio 40m2 with 6m2 balcony

Fully equipped studio apartment at the heart of Leysin. Leysin is a dream holiday destination to enjoy nature and winter ski activities. We are located 5 mins from the "leysin village" train station by foot . **IMPORTANT**No parking space onsite included with reservation. **FREE Parking** at the railway station opposite the platform(300m) or chemin de l'ancienne forge(350m) - not guaranteed especially during high season however all previous guests found something.

Design Retreat with Panoramic Views

Villa Hortensia in Leysin is our personal holiday home, which we occasionally offer to external guests when we are not using it ourselves or making it available to to family and friends. Built in 1900 as a sanatorium, It is a special place that is close to our heart and that we furnished with great care using items sourced from Swiss and regional designers and artists - we trust you to treat it with the same care and respect we do :)
