Garage con un altro bagno e un grande giardino con barbecue. La tassa di soggiorno è da pagarsi in loco ed è un costo extra di E. 2,80 al giorno sia per adulto che bimbo oltre i 14 anni (oltre il settimo giorno gratuita).

La villa, costruita di recente nella primavera del 2022 e arredata dal designer Remo Masala, è situata su una collina con una vista unica a 180 gradi sul lago.
