Timber Cabin in the Forest Garden - Exquisite! :)

The Timber Cabin in the Forest Garden is newly available from August 2020! This stunning 'tiny house' has everything you may need - a real log burning stove, electric radiator, mains power, a charming and amusing 'bucket shower', fridge freezer, gas hob, toaster and kettle! The 'Poo with a view' composting loo is a minutes' walk from the cabin as is the exhilarating plunge pool with mini waterfall for 'wild swimming/bathing' enthusiasts! Well insulated and secluded for an idyllic retreat :)

Vale Wild Cherry - Cottage with stunning views

Vale Wild Cherry is a charming one bedroom 'upside down' cottage with traditional wooden beams. It is one of three one bedroom cottages at Vale Farm Cottages. Wild Cherry has a spacious bedroom with 2 double beds & space for a travel cot, along with bathroom, on the ground floor. Upstairs, the open plan living room & kitchen is a great space for a couple or small family. The kitchen is well equipped with French doors leading to a balcony for stunning views. The pool is a stones throw away too.

Outshot Barn, with swimming pool near Hay-on-Wye

Escape to Outshot Barn for a true country getaway on a working farm. Immersed in rural tranquillity you can make the most of the great outdoors, heading out for walks and bike rides straight from your front door. Summer days are spent splashing in the swimming pool (open Easter-October half term, weather dependant) and cooking on the barbecue, while on cooler evenings you can curl up in front of the woodburner. Ideal for small families, the children will adore meeting the farm animals.

The Woodpecker Lodge, with Private Hot Tub

Relax and unwind in the heart of Mid wales in this family friendly, private, lodge. Enjoy the views of the rolling hills and wildlife galore. After exploring the many walks that are available locally and afar, come back to your very own private lodge and relax in the hot tub on the wrap around decking whilst enjoying the beautiful sunset. An additional charge of £15 per stay is to be added for the use of the Hot Tub to cover running costs as 50% of our guests do not make use of it.

It has its own private garden and the benefit of using our communal grounds with a natural Swimming Pool, sauna and greenhouse/comservatory. The farm is set in 30 acres of organic fields with hedgerows teaming with wildflowers and wildlife. It is a short steep walk through the fields to reach the top of the Skirrid mountain via our private route.

Originally the blacksmith's workshop, the Forge has been converted with architectural flair to create an airy open living space with a huge super-king bedroom downstairs + roll top bath and washroom. Additional mezzanine area with built in bed, and below a second bathroom (WC/shower). Large and lofty sitting room with widescreen TV and sprawling sofas. One of 7 luxury White Heron Properties on our 700 acre farm. Pool use 8am-12midday ONLY, May-Sept.

It sleeps up to 14 people within 7 bedroom and is a perfect choice for family gatherings or celebrations. This self catering home has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area on the first floor and is situated just a few miles Newtown, perfect for exploring mid-Wales.
