Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Extremely peaceful and found at end of unmade track, unsuitable for low lying cars but can be navigated with care.

Wern Bach is a converted cowshed on a working smallholding in the beautiful Cain valley close to the village of Llanfechain. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard, is suitable for families and is also designed with the disabled in mind with wide doorways, a wet room and a ramped front entrance. The kitchen is fully fitted and comprises of oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer and ample cookware and crockery.
