Welcome to Glebe Farm Bed & Breakfast, your own quiet private detached annexe. Ground floor, with lockable entrance door, off road parking in front of annexe & countryside views. En-suite, double bedroom, sitting room, table/work space. Fridge with water, fresh milk, tea /coffee, kettle. Crockery. Under floor heating, heated towel rail, smart tv, Wi-Fi. Iron & Ironing board, hairdryer. NO kitchen -Menu to choose a full English breakfast served to you in the annexe at a time of your choice.

Comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting

A charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom stone cottage attached to a Grade II listed manor house in the picturesque conservation village of Wicken, Northamptonshire. Gated access and secure parking. The cottage is attached to a family home with over four acres of fields & garden. Chickens, cats and a family dog roam freely, often with sheep in the field. There are footpaths directly from the property into the surrounding countryside. The village also boasts a dog friendly pub which serves good food.

Victorian Cottage in Stony Stratford Centre

Whether you’re visiting for leisure or business, our retro cottage is a perfect base to explore the unique shops, fabulous dining, and rich history of Stony Stratford, all just a 5 minute stroll away. Accommodation includes two double bedrooms (one with double bed and one with small double (4 foot only) plus folding single guest bed) and a third single bedroom in the annex up an open tread staircase - a secluded space, ideal for a teenager. The Carriage House, Haversham

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. This stone barn was renovated in 2012 by the owners, retaining the character of the original building, whilst installing underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, a fabulous kitchen, oak windows, doors and staircase and a beautiful bedroom. The location is rural and secluded in a small village close to Milton Keynes.

Stony Stratford Private Cosy Home

Private 1 bedroom, open plan, 2 storey house featuring a double bedroom and open plan bathroom upstairs, with a walk-in rain shower and Velux windows. Downstairs offers a cosy open plan kitchen/living room area, complete with a breakfast bar and ambient lighting. Perfect for a short stay or business trip. There is one double bed upstairs and one 2-seater sofa bed downstairs in the living room, so could sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Private parking is also available for up to 2 cars.

Adorable 1 bed canal-side self-contained annexe

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique, barn by the River Ouzel. Here you can experience a peaceful get away whilst also being close to amenities and adventure. Right on the doorstep of Newport Pagnell and only 3 miles from Milton Keynes City Centre and all it has to offer. And just 5 minutes from the M1 (Jct 14), for those that want to explore further afield. Perfect for Silverstone, Towcester Racecourse, Stadium MK & Marshall Arena and lots more.

Home 2 Knotwood Farm - A home with character

Knotwood Farm is a 300 year old Farmhouse with loads of character situated just outside the historic Town of Stony Stratford and host a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. It is easily accessed from the A5 which was in Roman times called Watling Street. It is a 5 minute drive on the A5 to Central Milton Keynes shopping centre and the CMK Railway Station. The fast train is approx 40 mins to London (Euston) or 50 mins Birmingham (New Street).

The Annexe is a newly built detached, spacious one bedroom bungalow. It is very private and set in the midst of almost 2.5 acres of garden with it's own hot tub. Small - Medium size, well behaved dogs are welcome. Free on site parking. Located approx 10/15 mins from Silverstone and between the pretty Northamptonshire villages of Blisworth and Stoke Bruerne, this is the perfect place to explore the surrounding countryside.

There is ample courtyard space available for multiple vehicles, and the garden is the perfect place for your morning cup of tea.
